Overall, a good experience despite the problem.

MALCOLM..... please respond about my order, it has been over a month. The ETA has come and gone and I can't get an answer to emails nor telephone messages. I would appreciate a call or note from you regarding the status of my order and any details, so that I can move forward with another supplier if necessary or at least know what your anticipated ship date is at this time. My item arrived damaged due to shipping, which was disappointing at first. But their customer support handled it really well and sent me a replacement within a few days. That kind of service really builds trust.

I was a bit unsure, but after getting the product in hand I realized the quality was good. It's working fine in use too. In that respect, I'm satisfied.

Great prices but slow to respond to questions. Took 2 weeks to respond to my question about shipping date and when they called me back two weeks later they asked me for an additional shipping charge of $100 to get within 2 weeks. From time order was placed to time I should receive product will be almost 4 weeks and paid $100 more

You can find many types of products here that are hard to find on other sites. I found what I was looking for here, and the price was reasonable. Definitely worth checking out.

Placed an order for a $1000 solar generator. Financing was approved by Affirm. After placing the order, I read that the product would not ship for 20 days. Since I needed it asap, I found another vendor the same day and then cancelled the order with Backyard Provider via email on the same day the original order was placed. For two days I had no response and kept sending emails with no reply. Calling their supposed 24/7 customer service line just gets me a voice mail which sounds like an answering machine. Starting to Believe this place is a scam. Looked at their 5 star reviews and see the same products reviewed two reviews in a row with different user names. Appears like the reviews are false Something is off. So far unable to contact anyone and they better not ship me the product!!! Affirm so far has been useless in helping since the product has not shipped.

I was a bit sceptical at first, but after receiving the product, I am I was satisfied. The quality is good and the finish is premium . Customer support has also been helpful throughout process.

Price was very competitive.
Malcolm with customer service was awesome.
However, when products were shipped, I never received a tracking number or shipment details.
Products were shipped with the incorrect address and phone number, causing further delays and confusion.
But on the flip side, Malcolm with customer service was awesome in helping resolve these issues.
