So was a little unsure ordering online since im type who likes to see products and touch / test, but it ended up being way easier than I expected. I had a couple quick questions and customer service got back to me fast without sounding scripted or pushy. Everything showed up on time and matched what I ordered. No issues, no back and forth. Just a smooth experience overall.

Reneged on Price
Placed an order for a Mr. Cool Versa Pro HVAC system. Weeks later (after it should have already shipped), I was told it was "out of stock," despite the fact that their website said "in stock" "ready to ship" when I order. They then cancelled the order.
In addition, at the time of cancelling my order, they were STILL selling the same product, but at a higher price on their website. My assumption is that they priced it too low, then refused to honor the sale.
Dishonest pricing, based on customer service. I wouldn't bother ordering from them.

I recently got the aipas f3 a bike combo and it's been such a joy the foldable design makes packing for trips a breeze and both bikes feel incredibly smooth and comfy to ride can't imagine hitting the road without them now
Great smoker for weekend BBQs
Picked up the Z grills pellets smoker and honestly didn't expect it to be this easy to use took a little longer than I thought to heat up the first time but after that it's been smooth sailing the temperature holds steady and the ribs came out perfect last Sunday
Big time scammers
Big time scammers. Put an order on 11-21-25 and after calls and emails sent they cancelled my order with no explanation just…. Order #31646 has been canceled. That’s it, two weeks later
Customer Service had no hassle
Got the greenhouse I'd been eyeing for a while. Price was better here then most places. One panel had a small crack but i contacted them and they sent a replacement no hassle

I bought the QW Amish BW Rustic Sofa Table and it turned out great. The build quality is solid and it has a nice rustic look that fits perfectly in my space. Shipping took a bit, but it arrived safely and the team kept me updated along the way. Overall, really happy with it.
Customer service is horrible
Ordered my item. Was told it would take 20 days to ship. Haven't heard a word about the order since. Called twice and emailed 3 times and nothing. I do not recommend

Beware, likely a scam
Very bad experience and they could be a scam. I bought a high end microwaves from them that I've never received. I sent multiple email and called them but no answer or reply back. I will dispute the charge with my credit card.

Absolutely horrible experience!!!
Absolutely horrible company!! Ordered a base for a pizza oven and the same thing happened to me as to others. Was told I would receive it within 3 weeks. When I emailed to check on it close to the 3 week time span, I received an email the next day stating they wouldn't fulfill the order and it was cancelled, even though they still have it on their website available for sale!!! This put us in a very bad spot, as we needed it for an event. Would never order from them again!!!
Edit: So I found out a new interesting tidbit, their MO is to charge a ridiculous extra amount ($140) to protect your item from loss and damage and if you choose not to accept those insane charges (as they are responsible regardless of whether you pay extra for them) they cancel your order!! What absolute scam artists!! I would never purchase from a company with such deceptive practices!!!

I was ordering a $4500 E-Bike for my son. Had problems with the order. Tried calling the (888) number and "nothing." Sent an Email and "nothing." Used the CHAT service and again... "nothing." For $4500 purchase, I expected at least one form of reply! If they wont respond before I send $4500, imagine if I had an Issue after spending the money? No thanks

This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer service. Ordered my item on 032525 and still have not received order confirmation. I’m about to Call Discover to have the transaction cancelled then they can deal with that issue on their own. Very bad business practice in their part. Don’t buy from them!!!!!

STOVE UPDATE
STOVE UPDATE:
After I left my initial review earlier in March, I received a phone call where I was assured my stove would arrive by 3/28.
It is now 3/25 and I have not received any tracking information and have not heard from them. Still not convinced this isn’t a scam website and they are just taking my money. I have been trying to get in touch with them in the past 24 hours and still nothing.

We ordered a Bio Bidet Discovery Toilet from Backyard Provider website and the product was delivered to our home on time within 2 days. We had it installed the same day and happy with their excellent and prompt service and the price was very reasonable.

They don't answer the phone or emails. There site states that they have a live chat option, but it's nowhere to be found.
Very disappointing that you can't contact a live person. May have been scammed so buyers beware.
