Great service, great product and very comfortable could not be happier. Shorts, long pants , socks and safety glasses

I have bought my tradie son two work pants. He has used them for three weeks and they are covered in holes. Bad quality for the price.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Bad Workwear. I bought a pair of pants and after just three days of light use, the fabric ripped unexpectedly. When I contacted them about it, I was told there was nothing they could do — no exchange, no refund, nothing.

What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve been a loyal customer — I’ve bought boots and other items from them before and even recommended the brand to several friends. I expected much better customer service, especially considering how quickly the pants failed.

Unfortunately, this experience really changed the way I see the brand. I hope they reconsider how they handle genuine quality issues like this in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought 2 Pairs of BAD SAVIOUR MENS PAMTS and both pairs within 8 weeks had gotten a whole in the same spot on each pair. I work in retail, and these pants should last a long time and especially for the cost. I contacted BAD WORKWEAR and they sent me 1 new pair and they lasted about 4 weeks and same hole and they wouldn’t rectify the issue with the other two pairs. Faulty products that aren’t cheap and poor customer service to go with it. STEER CLEAR!

I brought these shoes for work. Absolutely the worst shoes I have ever worn after 2 days of wearing them I couldnt walk they were so uncomfortable my ankles were so sore. would definately nott recomend them a complete waste of money as they can not be returned

Place an order for £60 worth of clothing never arrived sent multiple emails to hear nothing back

Got another pair of work shoes, the staff were always ready to assist and very nice

Terrible, bought a large and an extra large, the xl was a different color and not high vis yellow, more like a bright green, can't wear it on site , large was to tight , that's ok ..colour was right , just wish it fit , now the fit of the xl was ok except the collar was way way stretched and useless color for work high vis , what a disappointment, they were two totally different shirts supposed to be the same just different sizes

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I purchased a pair of boots on January 18th, only to be told later that the item was out of stock, even though their website showed it as available. They assured me I would receive a refund, but after multiple emails and repeated follow-ups, I still haven't received my money back.

It is absurd that a company selling to the public cannot even manage a simple refund when they fail to provide the product. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Really nice shirts. Got some shirts for the boys at work. Will be buying again soon.

Positives - definitely the best aesthetically I've seen in the market if you're after a stylish trainer/sneaker style. Big points! Fit is true to size and they're not particularly heavy when wearing. Also good value for money as they're very affordable against competitors.

Negatives - shoes came through with a black mark on them which won't come off. Website says 2-5 working days (feels very misleading). This is ABSOLUTELY not the case and they took a few weeks, not days, so be prepared to wait. Aftercare was also lacklustre when chasing up, told no way to expedite despite the false promises on the website, and after almost 2 weeks of the product not even showing as dispatched to the courier on the tracking portal, I was told it "just takes time to update". Thankfully the shoes came through ok which gave me a little peace of mind as I feared I would need to deal with aftercare and questioned how effective that would be...

Well over-priced. after a couple weeks of wearing, very light duty jobs, the hoodie logos are peeling off and two zippers have misaligned and now broken. Also not as water resistant as it was when new. Shite really, don't believe the social media hype.

They are crap when it comes to sweat proof tops lol they sweat just as much as Kmart things the quality isn’t that great it’s just someone who came up with a brand and decided to claim they are the best work wear I’d suggest Kmart or workwear stores not this company they don’t even respond to emails my order took 4 weeks to come! And was lost twice don’t deal with this company

Not good experience I’m afraid. Ordered two items that have been send to the wrong address twice now. When I looked in to this it had been delivered to the correct address that bad workwear had put on the package but it wasn’t the address that I gave them.
They did refund me in the end.

Boots lasted two weeks, company went silent. Supposed to have a warranty but they weren’t interested. If they spent more time on their product and service instead of spamming ads online maybe they’d have a chance.

Stay well clear of this company if you want to call it that!

Ordered my son a Hi Vis fleece from Bad Workwear and both my son and myself are delighted.
Quality feels great!
My son is slim but tall and I was a little concerned having seen others reports that you should go up a size. However, we ordered medium and size is perfect! Good fit and length of arms just right.
I had one interaction with customer services and have to say, they were quick to respond, friendly and efficient.
Very positive experience and would buy from again.

Bought a hoodie, that turned out to be too small. You have to return this, at your own expense, to Australia - even when purchased from the UK site - would cost 1/2 again (at least) what I paid for it.
That being said the hoodie appeared in good condition

Do not use from this company. I sent back boots which were too big for my son. The boots were delivered by Royal Mail tracked and signed for on 12 December. I have emailed 6 times and still not received my refund. Really bad company

Shoes look nice and I wanted them to be a good product so badly but they quickly disappointed within a couple of weeks it looked like I’d been wearing them for years when I brought this to the company because shoes were still under warranty I was ignored don’t buy these shoes for workwear you’ll soon be looking for another pair to replace them
