Fast shipping. Item exceeded my expectations. Your price, however, even with the 30% discount, in my opinion, was still too much.

My only issue is the fact that you cannot get a live person on the phone and that is worrisome to me. You should always have a contact number with a live person picking the phone up to answer any questions that a customer may have.

The delivery was quick. The bag was as described. This was a great purchase.

I've been having a very poor experience with BBS as a seller. I sent them a bag that they agreed to purchase last week, and I still haven't been paid. The payment is supposed to go through PayPal, and still nothing after eight business days. They claim to have high volume demands, but they quoted my item in less than two days, and after they received the bag, I got a response the next day. So, the excuse of high volume when they have to pay their sellers is quite aberrant to me. Other sellers have higher demands, yet I was always paid in two days via ACH. I will never work with them again.

I contacted customer service about the original bag I was after that was available and showing as $200 in my cart on my laptop and $135 on another product detail page. They simply told me nope, it's $200 and that's that. I even sent them a screenshot of the lower price and they still said no, that must be you needing to clear you cache. Was on my phone and decided to check an hour later and lo and behold, put it in my cart and it was $135! Just out of spite, I didn't rent it. Get your customer service in line. If a customer is sharing a time-stamped screenshot with YOUR listed price, perhaps actually looking into it would be step 1 (which they didn't - they lied and said they couldn't reproduce it which obviously, they could have) or how about step 2 - trust the customer, honor the price you have listed and then put in an internal ticket for IT to verify the associated configurations of the website after the fact? Maybe that would just be oh, I dunno....GOOD customer service?

I'll still give them another shot but it's crazy to have this customer experience when you're renting luxury handbags. I've been with Rent the Runway for around ten years and the customer service has always been stellar.

I like that it is easy to categorize and find the bags that I want. The discount offers are timely and quite helpful when I'm choosing the bag. Quite a bit of detail goes into the packaging of the bags which ensures they are received undamaged. Easy shopping!

Always a good experience renting from BBOS. I like to have the option of a different luxury bag without the commitment.

I purchased a Chanel bag and they cancelled my order without telling me. Then when I wrote them to inquire if item was shipped, they sent me multiple canned messages about their internal flagging system and that they couldn’t fulfill my order. After providing additional info, they just keep sending the same BS canned message. Customer service needs to be trained. First impression. Needless to say I won’t be shopping with them.
