Shipping was fast, customer service was great, and to top it all I’m OBSESSED with every single piece I received!

I found the exact ring they sold me, on Shein for $2.30.
Saw some other items they sell on their website. It’s just a scam.

I would suggest having fast replies on people inquiries and switching the email options when purchasing to mandatory in addition to the phone number so we can automatically get our order numbers via email and track them without sending emails or dms.

When everything arrived it was super cheap looking. The bangle was misshapen, the necklace had visible glue on it. The ring looked nothing like the picture, and the bracelet had huge holes in each link. All in all very bad quality, even the packaging was broken and grubby.

While the customer service team was very responsive, it has proved impossible to be able to send the items back. As a UK customer, I have to fill in customs forms to send everything back. However, because they do not provide the returns, you have to organise local VAT to be paid at the boarder. You also have to lie about what the product is because no courier service will ship jewellery. Paid £15 just for it to be rejected with no reason given.

There are plenty of much better online jewellery shops that have great quality items and much better returns policies. I would save your time and money and go with one of them.

I am £75 down and stock with horrible jewllery I will never wear.

Long delivery, cheap product . All labelled as stainless steel but no mention of gold plating (as advertised). Necklace chain looks like it would be snapped by the wind.

Even if the company is called Bailey Amsterdam it comes from China and the jewelries are super cheap.
I ordered a bracelet and it arrived broken. They sent another one. I also bought a ring but a strass fell off after only a week of wearing it. I asked for a refund but they refused to do it. They only accepted to send back another ring (I refused and opened a claim on PayPal and finally got refunded by PayPal).

The only positive point is that their client service is quick to answer. But the jewelry is cheap and comes from China so don't buy it, it's not worth it.

Ich habe zwei Ringe bestellt und habe direkt die Möglichkeit zur Sendungsverfolgung erhalten. Hierbei habe ich festgestellt, dass diese aus China kommt, was mich etwas skeptisch gestimmt hat, da die Website in ihrem Impressum die Niederlande als Standort angibt. Die Bestellung ist innerhalb akzeptabler Frist angekommen. Die Ringe sehen auf den ersten Blick gut aus, jedoch bin ich mir der Qualität für den Preis noch nicht ganz sicher…

Zeer slechte ervaring. Op 3 februari een order geplaatst voor twee ringen. Op 10 februari heb ik een mail ontvangen dat één van de ringen is uitverkocht en of ik een andere optie wil. Ik geef direct een andere optie, echter ontvang ik op 12 februari dat de andere ring vanuit de eerste bestelling ook ineens op is. Mijns inziens een slechte zaak om op 3 februari een aanbod te doen op de website, deze te bevestigen en dan vervolgens negen dagen later te melden dat de artikelen van de order zijn uitverkocht. Ben benieuwd wanneer ik mijn geld terug ontvang.

Absolute SCAM, no jewellery arrived, they play along really well & say all the ‘right’ things. Fake tracking numbers & emails. They said they sent another package & the same thing happened again. I opened a PayPal claim & the day it closed they sent an email saying the package was unable to be delivered (I was home all day), no links to the local post office & they clearly have no understanding of how the postal system works - clearly a SCAM! Do not buy from this company!!!!!!

I placed an order on 9th of January 2024 and received my order on 24th January 2024, I'm happy with all the pieces I received and they are all exactly the same as website.thank you.
