Very bad experience with this shop. Supposedly selling in Amsterdam as "Bailey-Amsterdam", the goods apparently come from China under the company name "Vintage Circle". A fake tracking number, no information about the delivery service and no response from customer service. According to the tracking number, the package hasn't moved for 5 days, now I've submitted a review via Klarna because you don't get a response from "Bailey-Amsterdam" or "Vintage Circle" or whatever they're called. This feels like fraud and what feels like fraud is usually fraud. Don't buy anything from them, save yourself the trouble! And the positive reviews could just be fake, they wrote them themselves!

They ship directly from ASIA... You can find the same on Temu or Aliexpress . Don't waste your money

Cheap and ugly fake jewelry. There return policy is horrendous. They make you pay for your own return with some unknown company or exchange it and pay for returns. Here's my issue. The jewelry is probably worth less than $1. They charge $40 and up each peice and it's plastic and turns. The return is almost half the price snd very difficult. DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

Jewwllery looks good in real life, like the pictures online. Shopping can be improved.

I had an amazing experience with Bailey Amsterdam. Their customer service is excellent, and they addressed an issue I had very promptly. They are extremely responsive to emails, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The jewelry is beautiful, trendy, and of high quality. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely be ordering from their website again. Highly recommended!

They ship directly from Asia. The same items can be found on other, way cheaper, known websites like Temu, Aliexpress. I had to return the items on my own costs even if they have arrived damaged (an envelope is not a suitable package for earrings). After a reasonable time no refund is happening. Sorry guys, but creating a shop like this is setting expectations and the delivered items doesn’t meet them. I highly don‘t recommend buying there. It’s scam.

recently bought one of the necklaces from their handmade collection for my girlfriend. she is super happy with it! delivered quickly 1 day after ordering.

About 3 weeks ago my order arrived with my bracelet. Since I was on vacation I was only able to test this for 2 weeks. Half of the stones are very, very loose and one has fallen off. it looks terrible and is therefore not wearable. A solution was not found after I brought it to the company's attention. it seems normal. For the price I don't recommend you buy there. With other sites you have a better guarantee of quality and customer service.
