Wow the quality is so bad. I’m almost certain it is just gold placed plastic. Also it’s not coming from Amsterdam. 40 euros for a plastic dropship ring. I hate yall

The jewelrys are quite okay, but I wish they would not fool the people with the pictures, the pictures are not accurate.

Mega tolle Angebote und wunderschöne Schmuckstücke. Bei mir ging eine Kette leider kaputt und ich habe sofort (!) und ohne großes Palaber einen kostenlosen Ersatz erhalten!

The items are really beautiful but the most important is that their customer service is really good, helpful and they always respond quickly

Necklace clasp snapped after a few days of wear though, wouldn’t buy again.
Ships from Asia, not as good as it looks on their website. Didn’t bother contacting them about it, not worth the hassle

The Celestia ring that I ordered, is one of the most beautiful rings I now have, and I have many! The Serene ring is very pretty too. The order arrived quite fast. I’m indeed very happy with the store and the jewellery. Congrats Bailey Amsterdam! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Very happy with products quality and company customer service support. I received everything as described in their site . I gave them a five first because the products are fantastic and secondly the assistance and interest shown by their customer services department when I informed them of a small problem I had with local currier company on the delivery dates.

Au lieu d être livrée j ai reçu un message me disant que l adresse de livraison était erronée, ce qui est faux. Et que c est à moi à joindre le transporteur ! Après des recherches sur le net celui ci, au nom bien chinois (un truc du genre caniniao) n a pas de numéro de telephone. J ai envoyé un message sur messenger à Bailey Amsterdam il y a plus d une semaine et j ai eu zéro réponse ! Je crois que je me suis faite arnaquer de 49 euro. Ne commandez pas !!

I have ordered several earrings and they really look great. They are very well done, super pretty hypoallergenic and waterproof.

Bailey Amsterdam is also great in support. I had some issue with one earing and they we very fast in respond and solve issue immediately. ;)

Everything went well, I just got a little confused when I didn’t get an email from a local delivery company about delivering my package.

I ordered a necklace from them. First I received it from China .. it was so small it’s made for a child and the quality is awful. They have no return policy except that you have to send it back and pay for the return. I’m in Canada and returning it to the Netherlands will cost as much a the item. I asked for a return postage and they refused. I want a full refund but they refused. Such scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I think some items must come from the Netherlands that’s why some reviews are good and others come from China

Super bad service!! And didn't recieve my order from them.. just cheating people to pay money for something they don't get.
