I have received 2 pieces as gifts for…

I have received 2 pieces as gifts for my birthday.
All the pieces are of very bad quality, despite the design is really nice. The pendant arrived even dirty, the “gold” is of very poor quality and the stones are attached not evenly. You can easily see the glue.
The delivery is 2+ weeks and it also passed customer clearance, which is an obvious indication of Chinese jewelry, despite the description that they are based in the NL

Don’t waste your money and time. It’s not worth it.

Avoid at all costs - Bad customer services and not following UK Law

Do not purchase any jewellery from this company. It is all faulty, the will forget to package items and when you request a refund they will refuse despite being reminded of the consumer rights laws in the UK.
I am over £100 with no wearable jewellery as all the stones have fallen out and their customer service team have just stopped responding.

Paquete perdido y atención al cliente nula. Son productos de Ali Express vendidos al precio x10. Corroborado por Eco Scooting transportistas.

Llevo más de 1 mes esperando un paquete e intentando contactar con la marca, nadie hace ni caso. He solicitado en muchas ocasiones la devolución del dinero y no hacen ni caso. Es una estafa.

Verkleurd
Staat op de website dat de ringen niet verkleuren, daarom had ik juist van deze site besteld. Ik heb deze ringen inmiddels minder dan een maand en zie nu al dat er verkleuring is. Ik heb gouden ringen gekozen en zie stukken zilver al. Ook had ik meerdere armbanden besteld, maar ondertussen is binnen een week een armband kapot geknapt. Zonde voor die prijs. Dit vind ik erg slecht, omdat overal word aangegeven dat de sieraden niet verkleuren en tegen water kunnen. Erg jammer, geen aanrader.

Colis non reçu …

J ai commandé et payé un collier plus 5€ d assurance soit un total de 50€.Malgré un mail m indiquant que mon collier était livré j ai trouvé ma boîte à lettres vide. J ai envoyé un mail de réclamation auquel on ma répondu de contacter le transporteur. J ai contacté le transporteur qui m’a dit que le colis avait finalement été livré en point relais et q il en avait avisé l expéditeur qui n est pas Bailey Amsterdam mais AliExpress !!!! Qui n a pas jugé utile de me donner l information!!!

Be patient it’s coming

There is no following of the order, so the first week of waiting i thought maybe it was a scam. But another week later, i receive an email that my order has been délivered. So be patient because the product are really good !

Do not buy!!! Is a scam! The quality is soo poor that is not even describable! I paid 84 euro for something that I could easily find on AliExpress for 10 euros!!! AVOID

Pretty but from China

I had a problem with my package (not the company’s fault) and they were very helpful and I got my order in time. I give only 3 stars because the jewellery, although beautiful, came straight from China and are delivered by the same carrier that carries deliveries eg. from AliExpress. So I don’t know if the jewellery is actually same as the ones in AliExpress. I’m sure the color stays well, and the pieces I got seems to be well made, all I’m worried about is the safety of the materials that are used and wether the company is actually able to audit the production sufficiently.

parcel arrived from China

I ordered what I believed to be high-quality fashion jewelry from Amsterdam, as advertised on the website. The brand presented itself as European, with a Dutch address and elegant product photos, so I expected well-made and stylish pieces.

However, two weeks later the parcel arrived from China, not from Amsterdam. All items were packed in cheap plastic bags and looked low-quality. The pieces feel very light and look nothing like the images on the website. This is clearly very cheap China-made jewelry, being resold under a European brand name.

Literally stole my money.

Literally stole my money.

I ordered from the website on the 10th of November and I still do not have my order (8th December). I contacted them multiple times to cancel the order and they only said they'd replace it. When asked to confirm the address, they gave me a random person's name and address instead and asked me to correct it. Honestly the quality of customer service is so bad, one of the worst I've ever encountered. Avoid avoid avoid.

The packaging was excellent: every single piece was packed separately from others to prevent damages. I've used the earrings everyday for weeks and absolutely no colour change happened. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.
