The rings are beautiful and shipped quickly. I did have a stone fall out of my ring within less than a month… but after contacting customer service, they are replacing it. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

I am extremely deceived with the quality of their products. The packaging and finishes resemble too much to those from ali express and this gives me the strong feeling that I paid the extra money for 2 poor cotton sachets and aggressive marketing built on lies like premium 18K Gold Plating, Stainless Steel and lifetime warranty. There is no label on the products and at this moment, I have no guarantee that they are not harmful. At this point we might as well order directly from ali/shein and pay the fair price for the quality...

Total rip off. I suggest you don’t order. Had ordered a necklace thinking it will be from within Europe and a good looking piece of jewelry considering the price tag, only to be sent a cheap looking necklace in a white small package with Chinese writing on it, so this definitely DID NOT COME FROM EUROPE as one would think. Necklace is cheap looking and gets tangled for nothing(i have to remove it multiple times to try and untangle it but it is completely useless). Would not recommend.

Precies dezelfde sieraden voor een paar euro op de bekende sites! Wat voel ik me opgelicht! Ruim 270,- uitgegeven aan mooie sieraden die ik voor 10,- ergens anders ook kon kopen. Mooie Parken sites, ik trap er niet meer in!

Total scam, you should pass. It's clearly cheap jewelery that they sell for 7 times the price. The quality feels very off, and it's more yellow than it's gold.
I will for sure not wear these very long before it needs to be put away... a disappointment.

Desgraciadamente después de dos intentos nunca me llegó el pedido, no se hicieron cargo de los gastos. Según ellos me lo intentaron enviar una segunda vez pero la agencia de envíos que tienen en España me dijeron que mi dirección no existía, y no es que viva precisamente en mitad de la nada. Ellos me dijeron que no podían hacerse cargo así que simplemente perdí el dinero.

I had a issue with one of the items in my order, but the customer service team was incredibly kind and responsive. They handled everything quickly and arranged a replacement without any hassle. Terrible drop shipping experience. Receiving your order takes forever. Absolute rip off. Misleading as the company name " suggests" operating from within Europe at least. No customer service whatsoever.

Habe mich schon über die lange Versandzeit (2 Wochen) gewundert und extra nochmal nachgeschaut, ob das wirklich aus Holland kommt. Über den Tracking Link war das auch nicht nachzuvollziehen. Antwort ist nein. Leider kommt es direkt aus China in einer recht schlechten Qualität und billiger Verpackung als hätte ich auf Temu bestellt. Wirklich enttäuschend und auch absurd ein Europäisches Unternehmen zu fingieren, damit man die Sachen teurer verkaufen kann.

Ordered 2 rings that were advertised as adjustable. Neither rings can be adjusted. It is not cost effective for me to return, seeing as they were dispatched from China, when I thought I was buying from a European retailer.
