Very very bad costumer service! In the reality NO COSTUMER SERVICE! No response anywhere

Na het zien van alle Instagram berichten dacht ik wauw mooi…. Eenmaal besteld valt het zo onwijs tegen.

Proberen te retourneren en dat is niet mogelijk tijdens acties….
Nooit meer.

I had a great experience with Bailey Amsterdam. The quality of the jewellery exceeded my expectations. Beautifully crafted and exactly what I was looking for. You can really tell they take pride in their work.

Poor materials, I think the ring is not even made of metal, it sounds like plastic. Arrived in an anonymous white envelope from Hong Kong. I asked to be able to make the return, zero answers.

Great service
Everything from ordering to delivery was great. Especially after one of the rings had a defect, the customer service send a new ring as replacement on the same day of my complaint.

I ordered 4 things from Baileys. Within the first week the bracelet charm broke off. Now I’m in the same place with there earrings and necklace. The rose and heart have fallen off. Really bad quality and super disappointed because I payed over €80.

Love their jewelry and the quality. I had ordered a ring a year ago and there was a bead that fell off and gold rubbing off. I reached out to them and without any hesitation they replaced it with a new one ❤️ love a company that stands behind their products and customer service. Will continue to buy their products!

Ordered from Bailey Amsterdam and got a shipment from Aliexpress.

Cheap crap, awful quality metal. All ‘adjustable’ rings are not adjustable as the cheap metal just snaps when you try to make any bigger. Wouldn’t waste your time or money!

i have recently ordered a pair of earrings and a bangle and i am really impressed by their quality. i have read some bad rewies so i was quite worried about the quality of products, but actually i really enjoyed both of them. costumer service has been amazing too, i sent them an email and i have been answered in a few hours. i will definitely buy something again and recommend bailey amsterdam to my friends!

Purchased the gold snake ring with green eyes, it's beautiful, unfortunately it doesn't fit.. its advertised as adjustable- however it's way to solid to adjust.. I've asked several strong males to see if they could, but nope. It's not budging. So it's no good to me. Also, it came from china- which I hadn't realised, so it took an absolute age to arrive. Huge shame as its a really nice piece.

I ordered 4 items, two of which were bracelets. When they arrived i tried them on, and since my wrist is very small, they were too big on me. I contacted Bailey to see if I could return them, and they told me that that wasn't possible because they were in sale, (which i understood) but they offered the option of swapping them for another two items. I then replied with the new items I wanted to swap them with, and almost instantly I received an email saying that they were getting ready to send them, and that I could keep the bracelets as well, which I found incredible! It's very noticeable how this company puts customers first, and I really appreciate it. I will for sure be ordering again :)

I just received 3 items (2 rings and 1 pair of earrings) I ordered from this store and my review is: Average.
I fell for it because on their Instagram profile and ads, the jewelry looks good and sturdy + they claim to be waterproof. However, now that I see them in person, I have the following impressions:
1. I was surprised to see that they ship from China 😣
2. They don’t look as good quality as in the pictures, and they’re not even “heavy” as I thought they would. The “fresh water pearls” earrings look as cheap as the same type of earrings you can find in SHEIN or H&M for 3€ or less.
3. Let’s see if at least the waterproof is real. I just received them today so I still cannot provide a review about that.

Absolutely terrible products and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend. I bought 2 rings one that had a pearl that scratched and another that gave my skin a reaction. At first they replaced, the pearl fell out of the second one and the other broke! They said I could replace for different items and would not refund, however they just sent the same ones again and despite many many back and forth emails will not refund or replace with different items. Poor quality hiding behind a “lifetime warranty”.

I have a wonderful experience when I contact Bailey Amsterdan team . I had an order where my earrings came damaged. I contact immediately to Bailey Amsterdam team and they answer me very quickly, they ask me for a proof with the damaged earrings and I send the video with the earrings. They send me a new ones. Thank you for the new earrings and the great service. For sure I can trust in order again without any worried about .
And I have my beautiful earrings!

Love the products, it’s my second time buying from them and I am very happy with my purchase.💍📿 They also have customer service in case you encounter any issues. I wrote to them about my shipment not arriving but actually it was an issues with the delivery company in my country. The customer service team did try to help with the issue, but in the end it was all good and I received my package ❤️❤️❤️

I bought one ring, one bracelet, one pair of earrings and a chain. First of all they deliver from Hong Kong, and the earrings came in a chap plastic bag and the chain was a mess. I’m planing on turning almost everything.
