Har købt to ting til Black Friday for næsten 4 måneder siden. Har skrevet til dem flere gange og har fået det samme at hvide hver gang. De siger pakken er væk og de sender en ny som kommer om 6-7 uger har nu ventet 6 uger siden sidste gang jeg skrev og venter nu på jeg får pengene tilbage.

Rigtig dårlig service

I recently ordered a ring from Bailey Amsterdam and was impressed by their excellent customer service. Unfortunately, my package didn’t arrive, but their team, especially Bailey, was incredibly responsive and handled the situation professionally. They kept me updated throughout the process and promptly processed a refund when the package couldn’t be located.

Although I didn’t receive my order this time, I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. Their products look amazing, and I would definitely consider ordering from them again in the future. Highly recommend their service!

The Jewlery is just beautiful, I have ordered twice and have not been disappointed. On my second order I had an issue with the delivery company, but the customer support was just amazing and everything was smoothly resolved.

Schmuck kommt in einer Aliexpress Verpackung und dauert auch 2 Wochen bis es ankommt. Die wollten keine Rückgabe erlauben aber nachdem ich sie belehrt habe, dass in Deutschland sowas nicht erlaubt ist, wurde sie aufeinmal akzeptiert…alles Dropshipping

Really pleased with the necklace and also the fact that Bailey Amsterdam honored the buy one get one free offer, which I missed at the checkout. So I am waiting for the bracelet to match my necklace. Heb op 11 januari een bestelling geplaatst, het is nu 26 januari en heb nog steeds niks binnen. Op mail krijg ik ook geen updates wanneer mijn pakketje komt, waardeloze zaak dus.

I placed an order on January 6. On January 17, I was told that they had attempted to deliver it but claimed the address was incorrect, which was clearly not true. I tried contacting both the company and the courier (Paack), but all I got was the same response: that they would look into my request, only to disappear for another 10 days.
I also discovered that the products are shipped from China. When I checked their Instagram page, I found dozens of comments from people experiencing the same issues.
I should have done my research before making the purchase, but I hope that my experience, along with those of others, can help someone else avoid the same mistake.

Niks ontvangen en je word gewoon keihard GENEGEERD als je probeert contact te krijgen. Probleem oplossen met postnl zeggen ze. Maar postnl zegt duidelijk jij bent niet onze opdrachtgever dat is bailey Amsterdam die moet het met ons oplossen.

Firma stellt sich als kleines Geschäft aus Amsterdam dar und am Ende kommt nach fast 3 Wochen das Päckchen aus China an. Dropshipping für fast 40€ pro Ring.

DO NOT ORDER THIS!! This is cheap rubbish straight from China!! You are going to waste your money. The 'jewellery' looks / is very cheap, I wouldn't even pay 1 euro for it. I spend 139 euro, I am waiting to get my money back otherwise I will continue exposing them

got my rings a few days ago. one has two stars on it. one already fell off. so sad because it looked beautiful

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this shop. The jewelry look so cheap and they feel like low quality. I wouldn't trust the positive reviews. They also ship the articles from Ali Express, which I was not informed of when visiting their website. Had I known I never would have ordered from them. So, so disappointed

Update: I got my money back for my return but make sure you save all your receipts from shipping, as they just said that they had not received my returned items.
If you write a negative review (such as this above) they will also report it to Trustpilot as defamatory...

Bailey Amsterdam is eigenlijk Bailey china. Het duurt even voordat je de sieraden verpakt als shein/temu krijgt. Het ziet er verder goed uit maar is goedkoop de kwaliteit past niet bij de prijs. De eerste dag meteen uitslag van de ringen dat betekend helaas geen rvs/silver of goldplated. Bedenk dat voor je besteld.

I’ve had such a great experience with Bailey Amsterdam. I’ve got a few of their pieces, and they’re all absolutely gorgeous. The quality is amazing, super easy to style, and really comfy to wear!

I did have a small issue with one piece, but they sorted it out so quickly. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely keep coming back for more.

Boyfriend ordered me a ring for Christmas that I picked out and liked. Within 3 days of wear the pearl came out somewhere and broke. First sign of bad material and doesn’t look the best quality anyway. I did not want a replacement because if it breaks that quickly, it doesn’t bode well as „lifetime jewellery”. Apparently this company does not do refunds which I think is crazy, if something is clearly prone to breaking. They offered a replacement, but that doesn’t satisfy me when I’m expecting it not last, and when I can for instance go on the Monica Vinader 60% sale and get a beautiful ring with a 5 year warranty and exceptional customer service for a slightly more expensive price. The proof is in the pudding. Never again.

Don’t buy anything from this store, it’s a scam. I received e-mail that the package couldn’t be delivered though I didn’t get any delivery service e-mail or message. I wrote e-mail to a customer service and they just replied “our support team will be more than happy to assist you” and no follow up, nothing.
