Very good service, fast delivery, prompt response!

Jeg så en reklame på Facebook og “fik et godt tilbud” om at købe 2 smykker (en ring og et par øreringe) til halv pris ca. 350 kr.
Efter lidt tid fik jeg en sms at der var en pakke fra en kinesisk webshop.
Tænkte det var min søn som havde bestilt noget - men det var mine smykker som lå i nogle små plastic poser og i lagt kuverten var en “Bailey Amsterdam” lille hvid smykke pose.
Min søn slog derefter op på portalen og fandt ud af at de smykker jeg havde købt kostede fra 25- Max 50 kr. stykket !
Jeg følte mig snydt og ville returnere varen men tænk sig:
Så stod der at de ikke tog “udsalgsvarer” retur.
Problemet er bare at ALT på deres side er “udsalg”.
Så jeg måtte beholde mine “blik” smykker som jeg havde betalt overpris for “på såkaldt tilbud” så er på INGEN måde tilfreds med dette FUP firma.
Kan kun anbefale alle at holde sig LANGT væk.

I ordered a ring and a bracelet from Bailey Amsterdam. I’m really happy with how they look (both so pretty!). So much so that I’ve ordered more pieces since! The quality is good; after a month though the stone fell out of one of my rings. I emailed Bailey Amsterdam customer service and they replied the same day stating they were sending a replacement ring. I received the replacement order email confirmation immediately after they sent the reply. Their customer service is outstanding, I wasn’t expecting a reply or resolution that quickly. I’m a very happy fan of Bailey Amsterdam!

After losing a parcel and contacting the delivery company, I discovered that Bailey A.'s goods had come from Ali Express. You only have to do a little research to realise that the same products are sold on Ali Express for ridiculously low prices.
It was my last order.

Cannot say anything about the products’ quality, as I never received my order. When contacting the company, I was told that I never picked it up from the parcel shop, but I never received a message about the package being ready to be picked up.
After writing back and forth, I now have no order and spent my money on nothing. Never receive a refund. Do not order anything from there.

Beautiful products and great services. Always promptly answer when a delivery issue needs to be resolved: delayed shipping or damaged order.

De sender varene fra Aliexpress . Jeg modtog pakken derfra. De lyver at det er fra Holland.
Vil aldrig anbefale det el bestille igen.

Es handelt sich um günstige China-Produkte mit sehr sehr schlechter Qualität. Kundenservice verweigert eine Rücksendung, weil ich diesen vor Ablauf der Frist nur über Paypal und nicht per Mail kontaktiert habe. Bestellt wo anders!!

Bailey sells Chinese imports. My order arrived in a flimsy little padded parcel, and under my address label was a Chinese one. No wonder it took over two weeks to arrive. I too fell for the fancy advertising, and thought I got a great deal on their half price sale. The order came to nearly £200 and the sizing was very small (only three sizes available from 6 - 8). I decided to return the whole lot, but then the order got stuck at the customs in Netherlands with a Customs Fees charge of EUR36.I also paid for the return postage, which wasn't cheap - Bailey does not offer free returns like so many other jewellery brands of this sort. Whilst I got a full refund eventually, it is very costly to try to return, OR exchange any items. My postage fees were not refunded, so was essentially out of pocket for about £16.

The dissapointment started by tracking this order and realising it came from... China.

I was afraid to pick up my parcel.
All bad reviews from Truspilot are unfortunately true: this is cheap jewellery sold for too much money...

I learned my lesson and please don't be like me, don't buy from this 'shop'.

Bonjour nous essayons de les joindre pour une commande passée ( bijoux défectueux) renvoyer une première fois et malheureusement échange fait et même problème. Au départ un remboursement proposé et puis changement de programme plus possible de l’avoir juste échange . Déjà 2 fois le même problème !!!! Alors choisir autre chose sauf que déjà beaucoup d’autres produits de chez eux et le reste ne plaît pas. Contacté plusieurs fois et plus de réponses silence radio. Et évidemment payement réclamé par Klarna qui eux nous disent qu’ils ne savent rien faire !!! Donc pas sérieux du tout. Et vu les problèmes bijou de très mauvaise qualité. Si quelqu’un sait me trouver une solution je suis preneuse

Do not order!! Never received my package, send an e-mail to customer service. They told me to contact the delivery service, delivery service does not respond. Lost my money and have no items....

I can say that my shopping experience at Bailey Amsterdam was very good. What surprised me the most was their excellent customer service. I had an issue with the shipping, and Bailey Amsterdam immediately resolved my problem, followed up with me, and always listened. When the products I ordered arrived, I really liked them; the quality is good, and the design is as well. I would definitely buy from them again.

I received the 2 bangles I ordered from Bailey Amsterdam and I'm really surprised with the quality. The bangles are really sturdy but you can still adjust them to better fit your arms which was a nice surprise. The colour is more of a yellow gold which I personally prefer and match my actual gold rings and they look expensive.
The only downside is that delivery is painfully slow - it took nearly a month to get them delivered to England. Other than that I love them and I believe it was a good investment.

Do not buy this. No real tracking available, no response from customer service, this is a scam. No refund possible.

Great service! I ordered a ring with 2 stones, and one stone fell out pretty quickly. I contacted Bailey, and they immediately sent me a new one. I was super happy with it. Then, another stone fell out. I emailed Bailey again about this issue, and they told me I could choose something else instead of the ring. Really fantastic service! Very nice! And of course, also beautiful jewelry.
