Beware of the poor quality of their products - I have a pair of Speed 2.0 lace-ups which had defects on one side. I had sent photos to Balenciaga to get this repaired. This was met with a claim that this was a wear and tear issue for what is clearly a manufacturing defect. Very ridiculous reasons were given.

I have other pairs of Speed which makes the defect glaringly obvious and offered to bring the shoes to their store for them to assess in person but this was strangely refused. Perhaps they do not wish to admit the QC failure?

Very poor quality product, and very poor customer service.

Will not make any future purchase from this house given this experience and all the controversies.

As much as i love balenciaga please go in store to properly check clothing pieces and understand its sizing, some of the new size proportions are ridiculous, nearly spent $1,400 on a jacket that fits me insanely huge at size S, Mind you I wear size M. I get the oversized look is trendy but sometimes it just simply looks hideous.

I had scratches on my waist bag Balenciaga repaired and fixed my bag, they shipped my bag back to egypt on their own expense they even paid egyptian custom fees on my behalf. The bag stayed with UPS for almost 2 months they kept following up with me until they were assured I received my bag . So my bag was fixed shipped and even custom fees were all paid by them. The staff were beyond professional and nice during the month and half when my bag got stuck with UPS . For me this was considered the best customer service I've ever received. Salve, sono un cliente da molti anni ma ultimamente qualità pessima e customer care imbarazzante a livello di problem solving.

J'ai commandé une écharpe Balenciaga il y a 2 ans et je ne regrette absolument pas mon investissement. Je l'ai portée déjà deux hivers en Allemagne et malgré les intempéries, l'écharpe n'a pas bougé.
Elle améliore chacun de mes looks. Même avec une tenue ultra basique, elle fait la différence.
Livraison rapide en Allemagne, beau packaging mais écologique quand même. Tout est 100% positif, je ne regrette pas mon expérience.

Finger weg von Badelatschen!!!

Habe Beige Badelatschen und nur einmal getragen beim Wellness und die Latschen waren nicht mal in eine Sauna drin und mein Fußabdruck ist sofort in ein rosa Ton abgefärbt in den Latschen… so viel Geld für was? Nie wieder.

Habe sehr viele Sneakers und Sweatshirts bestellt und bin überwältigt von der Professionalität und Schnelligkeit dieses online shops. Wunderschön verpackt, nie Probleme mit der Qualität oder der Rücksendung gehabt! Bei uns werden die Pakete mit UPS verschickt und nie mehr als 2 Tage hat es gedauert bis die Ware kam. Ich weiss nicht warum man hier in den Bewertungen so vieles schlechtes über Balenciaga schreibt und ich glaube das sehr viele Leute überhaupt nicht wissen was sie da schreiben. Wer die Ironie dieser Werbung nicht versteht und plumpe und ordinäre Sätzen schreibt soll sich anderweitig nach weissen Socken und Sandalen umsehen weil das ist eure Liga! Worst products, worst service, low quality shoes, cheap materials, definitely wouldn’t recommend as this brand has bad quality products, you should instead go LV or Gucci. Bought a triple S from italy and they started to chip off after 3 wears and they refused to repair it and even denied a credit note. Beware from this scam

A causa di una truffa online la mia carta di credito è stata usata per un acquisto fraudolento. In meno di 24 ore ho contattato Balenciaga Servizio Clienti, chiedendo di bloccare l'invio dell'ordine, fornendo la documentazione bancaria e copia della denuncia presentata ai Carabinieri. Dopo 3 giorni Balenciaga mi ha comunicato di AVER EVASO L ORDINE regolarmente, ignorando la mia richiesta (conosce anche il nome del truffatore).Davvero una ditta seria. E.D.

2 truien besteld en betaald maar nooit gekregen. En er wordt niet gereageerd op de gestuurde mails. Oplichters zijn het. HIER NOOIT BESTELLEN!!!!!!!!!!

Leur service client fait un peu défaut. Je ne sais pas combien de fois je leur ai envoyé un e-mail mais je n'ai pas reçu de réponse correcte. J'ai acheté une paire de bottes de voile mais apparemment elles étaient épuisées. Je n'ai été informé qu'une semaine plus tard. Le remboursement a été proposé mais il a quand même mis du temps à arriver.
