Trustworthy and excellent customer service

The website is very easy to use and my purchase arrived quickly. The customer service is excellent. I contacted them via whatsapp regarding a return and they helped me immediately.

Absolutely disgusting customer …

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Payid in full, week later, haven't dispatched it due to extra charges that didn't show at the check out. Told me to agree to it, otherwise they will not send my order. Send about 11 messages, no reply. Now I'm awaiting for a paypal to issue me a refund.

Mijn pakketje was niet aangekomen

Mijn pakketje was niet aangekomen. Meteen contact gezocht met Balr en hun hebben na een paar dagen als oplossing een nieuw pakketje verstuurd.

Liege angeblich nicht in der 14 tägigen Frist, kann dies widerlegen und dennoch warte ich vergeblich auf eine Reaktion

Machen auf Luxusbrand sind aber ne 2 Mann Bude - absolut schwach !!

Absolutely love the 3 Balr items so…

Absolutely love the 3 Balr items so far.
Got 2 Q series hoodies from a retailer and another sweatshirt direct from Balr.
The Balr delivery was quick and I get a lot of positive comments on the items when I wear them.
Keep up the good work,I will definitely be buying more

Very poor quality and even poorer customer service

Caution: Hands off this unprofessional brand! The quality is really inferior and in the event of faulst such as open or torn seams, you will be completely ignored by customer service! Will now go to my lawyer!

We have refunded the amount from our PayPal account. We have given permission to them that the amount may be released.

We have been in so much contact and we also see that our return system has contacted you, but you have not responded. As a company, we want to provide the best service and have refunded the amount to your PayPal. We process so many UK returns, but it only failed with you. Please know we have not received your return. We as BALR. have accommodated you in this.

Leuke, mooie goed afgewerkte kleding. Echt kwaliteit, ik ben fan vanaf de aller eerste dag. Klantenservice is erg vriendelijke en helpen je bij al je vragen. Ze zoeken altijd naar een oplossing.

Slippers quality not good

Slippers Broken after wearing these 2 days. Bought them on the website in sale. After contact and picture prove they want me te return them and i Will receive a refund. Same size nog available they told me but on the website the size is still available. With refund it's Impossible now to buy them at the same price on the website.

Complimenten naar Anshel voor de goede service. Binnen 2 dagen nieuwe schoenen binnen. Na een nare ervaring met Sanae van BALR (Roermond outlet) heeft Anshel ons voortreffelijk geholpen. We zijn jaren lang een trouwe klant van BALR en nooit hebben wij te maken gehad met nare ervaringen. Dit was voor ons de eerste keer. Ik zou nooit terug meer gaan naar BALR om kleding of schoenen te kopen. Door de goede service van Anshel zullen we volgende keer weer een bezoek brengen aan BALR.

Slechte service Balr

Bestelling gedaan, na een week nog geen verandering in de status van track en trace. Mail gestuurd naar balr. Ik moet maar contact opnemen met DHL. Dhl echter geeft aan geen pakketje ontvangen te hebben van Balr. Balr schuif je problemen niet in klant schoenen, los het netjes op.

Klantenservice onbereikbaar

Bijgewerkt van 1 naar 3 sterren. Mijn pakketje is eindelijk terecht met dank aan mijn verhuurder. DHL heeft alles verpest wat betreft de bezorging. 3 sterren blijven staan vanwege de slecht bereikbare klantenservice van BALR. Verder ben ik tevreden.

Vervelend om te moeten lezen, dat wij goed bereikbaar waren - de klant staat bij ons altijd voorrop!

Wij doen er alles aan om eenieder op tijd en correct te antwoorden. Wij zijn altijd bereikbaar op werkdagen van
09:00 t/m 16:30 uur - Op het moment wanneer een pakket zoekgeraakt is, dan starten wij altijd bij de vervoerder een postonderzoek op. Mocht het voor de consument nadelig uitpakken, dan komen wij altijd met een gepaste oplossing.

Kanalen waarop wij te bereiken zijn:
WhatsApp, E-mail, Telefoon en Chat.


Gelukkig is je pakket alsnog terechtgekomen en zien wij jou graag de volgende keer bij BALR.

Ik heb 700 aan kleding gekocht binnen…

Ik heb 700 aan kleding gekocht binnen een half jaar knopen weg gaten op stik naden werk fouten opgemerkt na een tijd contact gezocht met ze maar ze kunnen niks betekenen terwijl ze vaker in de winkel gezien hebben alles
