Balsam Hill CA Opiniões

Tree is beautiful! Shipping was very quick and packed expertly.

I have had a real tree for 62 years. After trying to buy real tree this year, and not getting what I wanted, I looked at and bought an artificial tree. I’m hoping this tree is what I look for in a real tree. Next year will tell.

Great product, exactly as pictured and very quick delivery! We are delighted with our first artificial tree!

Delivery was prompt.

This year we ordered both a 7.5 ft pre-lit Christmas tree & a 10 ft pre-lit garland and they were both beautiful. The ordering process was easy. Both items arrived quickly & were exactly as described online.

Great Service
Excellent Tree - So easy to assemble and looks terrific.

Fast delivery any an amazing product!!!
Truly gorgeous trees.

We juste got the tree. It is beautiful, we love it. It looks like a real tree once you take the time to set it up right. We hope it’s going to last many years given the environmental footprint of fake trees. We chose Balsam because the quality seemed better, so we hope it’s going to be the case. Only time will tell.

The tree is solidly constructed and looks great.

Great tree. Easy installation. Super Quick delivery!

The tree arrived within a few days and looks very realistic. It is the perfect size for our space, I like the number of lights and that there is space to hang ornaments.

I was surprised the tree did not come with the “newer” LED mini lights with a few more lighting options.

We were pleased with quality of the tree and stand. I have not tried the storage bag that come with the tree. I may want a bag with wheels to make moving the tree easier.

Amazing tree, so realistic and well-made. Came with a beautiful storage bag, thoughtful instructions, and all the necessary accessories. Got it in the Black Friday sale. Would buy from this company again, and love that it’s local in Ontario, and recycled plastic is used for the trees 🎄

The capiz ornaments are so beautiful. I was happy they arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. Shipping was really quick, too!

Normally I don't bother to leave reviews, but this company really impressed me. Their Christmas decorations were stunning. They are both beautiful and have fantastic quality. I purchased more and more storage bags too, as each one got delivered, because of how great they were. Any problem and the customer support staff are their with any concerns. Fantastic

Although the tree did not work out for me, I found the company excellent to deal with and responsive to any questions I had. The return process was straightforward and timely.

Tree ver plasticy.

The tree was what we expected. It looks real and it appears to be manufactured very well. We've had real trees for decades and this is the ultimate replacement.

Thank you

Delivery was good, the tree is awesome! Looks so good in our new home. Wish I could show a picture, it's a new fixture for our family Christmas celebrations.

Good quality product from a reputable company!

Great experience - one of the best customer service - prompt service. Love. Will visit again.
