Balsam Hill CA Opiniões

We purchased a beautiful tree topper star and for the price point we were expecting a very high-quality product. As soon as we received it and placed it on the tree, the bottom arm of the star just bent and came off, as if the material had been heated and softened, despite my hardly having touched/handled it. We were surprised and disappointed at the quality of the material, especially given the price the product is advertised at. We were also surprised that the standard 30-day return period was inapplicable after Dec. 25th, as it seems unnecessary and likely unhelpful for many customers. While we appreciate that the customer service team did offer to send a replacement since the product was still in warranty, the product quality for the price unfortunately still left a lower impression than we were hoping for. We are hoping this is a one-time issue and that it's not reflective of the quality of their other products.

*In response to Balsam Hill's response: it's not very helpful to imply that your customers don't understand that these items are meant to be decorative. Our expectations were not unreasonable, as even decorative items are meant to be able to withstand simply being gently held and appropriately used. I also already mentioned in my original review that I barely held the item and the piece came off, so suggesting that handling may have been the issue isn't helpful or accurate either.

My point is further confirmed by the fact that the replacement that was sent actually *arrived* broken in the exact same part as the first item. Very disappointing and doesn't speak well to the value of the product.

Received my brand new tree…looks great and can’t wait to put it up next year!

Such good quality and choices.

We received our new tree exactly as scheduled. It is a beautiful tree. We took it out of the boxes, put it up and it went together easily and looked great. We then took it down, put it in the storage supplied and stored it. Next year we will be able to enjoy it and for many years after.

Had some questions about a tree topper, 18” angel. Customer service was most helpful and the on line ordering was very straightforward. The item arrived in good time and was carefully packaged. Well done Balsam Hill!

Arrived earlier than expected, was easy to set up and looks great

The Christmas tree is absolutely beautiful. It was easy to assemble. My family members love it. ❤️

Balsam Hill is a great company. It gives excellent customer service, and the trees it makes are beautiful and extremely realistic. I bought an unlit tree, decided I wanted one with lights, and Balsam Hill made the exchange process remarkably easy. There are many nice extras that come with the tree too, like a storage bag and gloves.

Quick service on delivery. Product is absolutely gorgeous!

Love the product! We got the Blue Spruce and couldn’t be happier with the quality, look ans feel. Our first year with a full size tree and it did not disappoint!

Three days wasted time to find out the product I need is only sold in USA. Then I find out that the 30 day credit was cancelled after 16 days so I have no tree no credit and a box of samples going to the dump

Super disappointed in the quality of the tree, it looks very plastic and the the center post is bent.

Amazing product! I purchased the BH Fraser Fir, 9 foot, full. The quality is beautiful. Easy to set up and take down. I am very happy with this product, and would recommend it to all my family and friends!

I purchased a 9ft blue tree and a star topper!
They are both beautiful, excellent quality and the service was tops. Delivery was within 2 days! I am more than satisfied and know to order from Balsam Hill for all my Christmas decor needs!

This is our first artificial tree and we are very impressed! It came within days of ordering so the early delivery allowed us to enjoy it all through the Christmas season.
It is beautiful, heavy and we have no regrets investing in this quality product.
I highly recommend Balsam Hill!
