The necklace is absolutely beautiful. It is a statement piece. I am very pleased with it. The only reason I gave it only 4 stars is the connection clasps are tiny and really hard for my arthritic hands to use. I have managed to add a magnetic clasp and this has solved problem, but could do with bigger clasps.

Ordered a beautiful black ring and absolutely in love! Got emails to confirm and been updated all the way to delivery! Ring exactly as advertised, the only thing I would suggest is upping a size they run quite tight.

I came across this website after searching for polish amber, the products looked beautiful so I ordered a necklace a few months before Xmas as a gift. It arrived promptly, however after the recipient opened the gift we realised the clasp had broken, these things happen, no harm done, nobodies fault, I emailed Customer care and they went absolutely above and beyond to rectify the problem as quickly and efficiently as they could. Their customer service is absolutely second to none. I’m really pleased with the whole experience even though there was an issue, the way it was dealt with still made the experience top tier. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful pieces of amber.

Beautiful green amber earrings and pendant.

I bought a beautiful amber ring to wear occasionally. The stone feel out and as My ring is still within the warranty period I have tried all ways to make contact with Baltic beauty, the customer service is non existant, no phone number email, the live chat does not respond, even though they give seemingly links to message, the links take you nowhere. The information to contact them doesnt exist on the website. you talk about warranty and repairs, so frustrated no way of contacting them. I loved this ring and was after a repair. Absolutely gutted.

The jewellery is beautiful, at a not unreasonable price, but horribly over-packaged. Boxes and bags and tissue paper. Just too much in a time of climate crisis. The company needs to make two offers - a lot of packaging (as it currently has) if you think it's important for a gift (though a bit less would be good), and way way less for when it's just for yourself.
