Hello, Vanessa. We are sorry to hear that your experience with BannerBuzz was not satisfactory. We would like to clarify that we are a company based in the United States with a global presence. We apologize if at any point during your interaction with us, you felt disappointed or let down.

We understand that your first order went smoothly; however, our designers had concerns about the artwork provided for your second order. In our experience, when there is too much text in a small space, the letters can merge together. Additionally, there was more information in your design than in your previous order, so our designers wanted to double-check everything before printing to prevent any mistakes. To avoid this issue, our designers increased the font size to 7 pt.

We recognize that the delay on your order has resulted in the delivery date being postponed. Our team may have suggested that you pay for a higher shipping option to ensure that the original deadline was met. However, since this was not to your satisfaction, we have expedited both of your orders to arrive as soon as possible. We have selected the best available delivery date to minimize any further inconvenience.

If you have encountered any printing issues, please send photos of the problem to feedback@bannerbuzz.com. Our team will carefully review the issue and work towards a resolution.

It is mentioned in our FAQs that BannerBuzz manages the orders within and outside of us, however, there will be no compromise on the quality of the products we offer.
