Awesome service. I highly recommend them they took that extra step to redo my design since i uploaded wrong file but they got back to me to adjust it. I approved it and I can’t am for more. They deserve 10 stars will from Sydney. From production to delivery I can not complain. Very very happy with this company

Woodylot ... order and installed 3 months later 4 letters failed, took weeks to get a warranty on it, you were only giving me a 20% discount on the next order not until I threatened to go to the ACCC did you then reprint them. They arrived but the font is slightly different, also the plastic that the LED sits in is a different colour to the original, original was opaque this lot is clear. Not very happy with the customer service I have received.

the absolute worst experience i have ever had dealing with a company only sent half of my order which was wrong and when the other half showed up 2 months later it was also completely unuseable. and every time i try to talk to customer service they refuse to talk to me on the phone and try to get more money out of me.

I`ve had to pay for the frame twice now, it has cost me an extra $400 because I bought the wrong frame. I am not an expert in these things, your staff is, they should have picked up that I had the wrong frame for my graphic.

Don't go near this mob if you want to get a product
I order my banner way back on the 9th of June and still today no banner has arrived and just get zero satisfaction from them, all they seem to want to do id delay, blame and duck doing anything. They claim to be Australia based but that is just a front, they are no more Australian based than Temu, and frankly Temu is better and service and getting items to you on time if not early. If I could I would be giving zero stars
