When shopping for my engagement ring, I had absolutely no idea where to start. I came in and was assisted by Eunice at the Livingstone branch and she made the whole experience absolutely sublime.

I gave some photographs for reference and after a wee conversation and three selections later, we had the perfect ring.

Could not recommend them more from general questions about engagement rings, to buying the ring, to care and getting it cleaned since. The team in Livingston truly made the experience special and unique for us and we will be using them for wedding rings and everything else going forward!

My now Fiance dealt with the two ladies named Mia and Helen from the Livingston Branch and honestly the effort and time they put into helping him choose the right ring will forever be spoken about between us in our engagement and even into our marriage speeches. The were polite, helpful and honest. He slid them a receipt from a different shop hand writing asking them to keep note of my ring size and he would be back. And exactly that he did. I’ll recommend them over and over again. Amazing service from both ladies. Thank yous.

I went in to buy a watch for my 21st birthday and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Chloe and Miriam helped size the watch and find me the right style and shape for my wrist and also one that complimented my jewellery. It was a seamless experience. I picked a lovely watch in the end and the girls packed it away lovely for me and really knew their stuff. Totally would recommend!
