This is an elegant shop.
From the first steps inside it's like being sent back to a genteel era.
We are "commoners" but we were greeted by chaps who warmly welcomed us as if we were royalty!
We were guided to the person who would be helping us & seated in very comfortable chairs.
Hazel dealt efficiently with our request & was extremely pleasant & cheerful.
One would have thought we wanted to buy a Rolex by the way we were so courteously treated. So what did we want? A new watch battery in my husband's old Seiko watch!

Fantastic experience!
Recently purchased a watch from Brufords which was ex display and I can’t quite believe my luck as it’s absolutely perfect! Received excellent customer service from Penny who sent me over pictures before I made the purchase and even offered to size the bracelet before sending out. Received the watch special recorded next day delivery as part of the price which was carefully packaged and well presented. Overall cannot fault the service and value for money and I’ll definitely be checking them out in future for luxury watches and jewellery!

Amazing costumer service 🏆
I had a business meeting in the area and decided to make a quick visit to the store, and I’m very glad I did. Joanne made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. She is a true ambassador for both the Rolex brand and Brufords — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does.
Joanne has an impressive understanding not only of the watches but also about movements , which made our conversation even more enjoyable. She is a warm, approachable person who goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. Her advice was honest and helpful, and there was absolutely no pressure — just excellent service.
I ended up purchasing a watch for my wife, and the whole experience felt special and memorable. It’s rare to come across such a high level of customer care these days.
I would recommend this place 100% and will definitely be returning in the future.
