DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
They set up their products with an automatic renewal subscription pre-ticked so you will be charged automatically each month (before you even receive your first order)!!!
Very difficult to cancel the subscription online as the website keeps saying there is no subscription connected to my email address.
I have emailed them at least 6 times with no reply. Having to cancel any further payments via my bank.

Company is a scam. I did an order. I received that order. One month later my bank account is charged again. Contacted the company and received an email stating I signed up for a subscription which I did not. Why would I subscribe to a product unless I knew it worked. This is theft. Their advertisement is misleading as well. Product does not even work after using us for at least 2:weeks. It took way too long to receive the order as well. I would not recommend this product or company.

I placed an order on November 11/2025 and received that order. Here it is December 11/2025 , I just woke up and checked my bank and saw a charge which is unauthorized, I never signed up for recurring orders. This is stealing. And the robot is just no help

They have sent me some creme for 45 dollar that I never ordered.

I wish to take back my comments as I contacted Bare Willow by email and received a positive message so they are indeed doing their best to make things work for everyone at least please give the product a try it may work for your conditions !!

I think the product was quite good but they sent me a repeat order which I did not ask for...Vincent has promised me a refund of the disputed order

This company is a fraud. I did a one time purchase and they charged me the next month again and evidently they have done it to others. No way to get anyone on the phone its an answering machine. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I now have to cancel my credit card.

Bare Willow keeps charging me for orders I have not placed. I was assured by email that no future charges on my account Nov 11 2025.
Then $59 then next month $44
I did not check any box for subscription. It is now Dec and they sent another order i did not place. Highly unsatisfied with this company. Company is in China not Wy. Forced me to cancel my card and issued new one.

After talking to a representative named Vincent we have agreed to a settlement...Vincent was very helpful and I feel like he is very concerned about customer satisfaction

I suffer with a diagnosis called peripheral neuropathy. Its a disease that affects the nerves in your hands, your feet, legs etc. Its extremely annoying. It derives from diabetes. People like me are desperate are desperate for relief but as i have learned, the hard way, there is no cure. I can't believe how many companies there are out there are taking advantage of people like me saying that they have the cure with a product. There is NO cure.
Recently on Facebook i must have saw 50 different advertisements for products that supposedly offer relief or a cure for peripheral neuropathy. It was crazy to say the least.
On October 3rd i was scrolling through some advertisements and found a company called Bare Willow. They had several products, one being a cream that supposedly offered relief for the pain associated with peripheral neuropathy. They had an offer of 3 tubes for 12.97 per tube plus 9 for shipping. That should come out to close to 48 dollars. I decided to give some blind faith and give it a go. Boy did i get screwed.
I was probably waiting like 10 days for the product and was getting impatient and went to their site and looked for a phone number. They a listing of a number from Casper Wyoming. I dialed it and this is where the alarms went off. It was an AI phone. There was no live representatives. I decided to wait it out and finally the package showed up. Remember i ordered supposedly 3 tubes. No no no. I received 6. I thought i was paying 48 dollars total. Nope. They hit me for 87 dollars
I was furious to say the least. I emailed these scam artists and complained. I wanted to send everything back. Then they told me they were located in China.
I was pissed off to no end. After going back & forth with these scammers a representative Mary Rose offered me a 25 percent refund which I finally gave in to

Alternatively, what I can also do is provide a 25 percent refund and you can keep the product to continue to use or gift to someone.

Today is November 7th and I haven't received squat!
It gets better. On November 3rd while looking at my credit card statement online i noticed another charge for 77 dollars from Bare Willow. I didn't order anything else. They said that i checked off a box that i wanted recurring shipments of this product monthly. I didn't do that. I didn't even try the product. Why would I agree to something like that?
Needless to say I tried to cancel and called that number from Wyoming. I was informed that the order was in processing and tried to cancel without avail. I was forced to shut the credit card down.
In closing i suggest that people should not do business with Bare Willow as they are extremely untrustworthy.
