Completely untrustworthy
Completely untrustworthy. I purchased 2 items from them and got a 3rd free, but was automatically signed up to a monthly subscription for 2 of the same item every month.
There was nothing in the original transaction to say it was subscription at all. I only found out when a month later I got a message to say my order had been sent.
I sent them an email saying I didn't put in another order but never heard anything back. I had originally paid with PayPal and when I checked it was set as a recurring monthly payment. Stopped this, and then repeatedly sent emails to them saying I didn't make the order and please reverse any charges.
No responses from them at all. So I would not purchase under any circumstances - not to be trusted. I only gave them a 1 star as zero stars wasn't an option.

I did not SELECT any future shipments! I NEVER do when ordering neuropathy products until I know they work. I might have missed fine print buried in there but I even doubt that. One tube was supposed to last a month. I ordered 3 tubes so why would you ship me 2 more months worth of product when I had not even got my first 3 month order? Makes no sense! (Check your records, my first order came yesterday. Thirty one days after ordering!) Please cancel before it progresses in the shipment process. Since it takes a month to get to a customer’s house you surely intercept it and it can be stopped. I have stopped payment yesterday. I will use what I have and if I find it helps, I will reach out and order more.

Great response to subscription cancel request
Mary Rose answered an email regarding an issue I had with not being able to cancel my subscription properly. She promptly replied (as I had requested), confirming that the subscription would be fully cancelled, and no further charges would appear on my credit card. Subsequently, she followed up again with further emails, re-confirming that all was fully looked after.

Too many ignored attempts to contact BareWiillow
It took 21 calls and emails before I was able to resolve my issue. Once I reached Rhys she was very pleasant and helpful
I made an order on the 1st January 2026…
I made an order on the 1st January 2026 and Bare Willow using my debit card and they have not delivered!!!! 31 days have passed and no confirmation or items received!!! I wrote to them and they have not responded. Shockingly today, I looked at my bank account and noticed an illegal transaction from Bare Willow who had again withdrawn money without my authorization as I have not signed for any direct debits. SHOPPERS BEWARE !!!! This is a scam!!! Will be reporting this to the authorities!!! I HAVE WRITTEN TO THEM AND THEY DONT REPLY!!!

It took a while to get my issue…
It took a while to get my issue resolved and being subscribed to something I didn’t authorize was quite upsetting.
Rhys worked with me to correct the issue and stop further charges.

Update to my original review. I was pleasently surprised when Vincent from their customer service department reached out to me. He seemed sincerely apologetic for my experience and asked how they could make it right. They accepted my proposal and quickly issued refunds. It's clear they recognized they had a problem with customer satisfaction and are trying to improve, so I have to give them credit. I've changed my stars from a wishful -5 to a 3. My issues were resolved, but I did need to take into account the 4 months it took to do so.
I would give them a minus 5 if I could. The product does nothing, THEY check the subscription box when you order, don't cancel when you request it even though they have a cancel any time policy, don't issue credit when the product is returned unopened with proof of delivery and per their "warranty" from their website. Avoid at all costs.

Having self mis-diagnosed my condition, I discovered that CapsaCare was not the right medication for me and so asked for my subscription to be cancelled. But Rose Williams, who attended to me, is very good at her job and did her utmost to hang on to me as a customer - just in case I might ever need CapsaCare in the future!

Further to my review 25 January 2026.
Further to my review, 25 January 2026, I have discovered that the customer service representative is an AI virtual assistant. You can call 24/7 at any time and "Kate" will answer the call. You are wasting your time. "She" cannot organise a refund over the phone, please send an email. Sent an email and "Vincent" replies. Computer generated response. If you purchased using a credit card, you need to cancel, and get a new one, as they will keep billing every month.

This is a fraudulent Chinese company…
This is a fraudulent Chinese company that signs you up for a subscription without your permission and won't cancel when you try to cancel. They just keep slow rolling you until the next subscription date so they can charge your card again. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from charging. *** Since posting this, someone from BareWillow has reached out by email to resolve the issue, saying they have reversed the charges. However, they didn't reverse the charges. Our credit card company did when I reported fraud. BareWillow seems more interested in saving face on TrustPilot than EARNING trust by not continuing to fraud customers. Stay away from this vendor/scam.

Do not order from this company! I decided to try the product and ordered through SHOP and was placed on a monthly subscription schedule unbeknownst to me. I contacted them immediately to cancel the subscription in two separate emails which were acknowledged. Today I discovered the third shipment has already been processed.
Update: I have contacted this company for the third time to cancel my subscription. They claimed (Vincent) that they sent me a private email which they did not!

Dishonest Practice
This company keeps withdrawing money from my account even though they have promised not to withdraw anymore funds. I haven't received any of the products as yet. And this is the third time they have removed money from my account.

Don't order from this company, its a scam! Yes they will subscribe you to monthly subscription that you didn't sign up for. I haven't received my first order i placed December 22nd. Today they charged me again! If anyone has successfully unsubscribed please let me know how. Buyer's beware.

Hi same as everyone else on this l too have been scammed by Bare Willow l purchased an order and then see another charge for another order buy 2 get 1 free only 2 arrived which I didn't reorder but got charged for $79.99
Contacted them won't refund I went to pay pal and they found in favour of bare willow and closed the case.
I would like to thank Vincent for his quick response to my complaint it was quickly resolved in just one day and l have already received my money into my bank account so once again thanks to Vincent for his great service . I will change the star rating on behalf of the response from Vincent with me getting the refund
