The product is good. Very good. My Mom use it. Still got 4 tubes from the order.. The problem is with subscription. I didnt check any colums that I would like to get another order one month later and so on. Sent a dispute now. Hope it will solve it. Afterwards will try it with Paypal.

Same as the others, these Scammers are sending out products that were not ordered at a rate that you could not possibly use them. I did not order a recurring order. When I called (Wyoming) to cancel I had to talk to an AI not a human. I also emailed JZ ECOM Limited which is where it comes from to cancel the order and send me a return ticket so I could send it back. I heard nothing back. Now (1) month later i'm informed they are sending more.

Also would give a negative number if it was possible . Phone calls aren't answered. Emails asking to cancel send you into and endless loop of "but if you keep us, we'll give you product for 50% off". Been six weeks now trying to cancel. Had to get PayPal involved.
After posting here and getting my bank involved, they did refund my payment - but then emailed and asked me to change my review here. So I have updated and gave them one more star. Still would not recommend this company or their products.

Completely untrustworthy
Completely untrustworthy. I purchased 2 items from them and got a 3rd free, but was automatically signed up to a monthly subscription for 2 of the same item every month.
There was nothing in the original transaction to say it was subscription at all. I only found out when a month later I got a message to say my order had been sent.
I sent them an email saying I didn't put in another order but never heard anything back. I had originally paid with PayPal and when I checked it was set as a recurring monthly payment. Stopped this, and then repeatedly sent emails to them saying I didn't make the order and please reverse any charges.
No responses from them at all. So I would not purchase under any circumstances - not to be trusted. I only gave them a 1 star as zero stars wasn't an option.
