Absolute scammer company. The "basket" was nothing like what I ordered and included weird off-brand items including gross processed cheese and gas station snacks like "Crunch n Munch" instead of the "Gourmet Brie and Tapenade" is advertised. The "gift" came all thrown together in clear plastic, looking like a pile of crap. The wine that I added on and paid an addition 40+ dollars for was not what was ordered, instead a random bottle of Rose was thrown in there. The San Pellegrino came in a small plastic bottle instead of a large glass bottle as presented on the website. The list goes on and on. These people are absolute scammers and their baskets are crappy!

They allow you to select the date you want the gift delivered but it doesn't matter because they send it whenever they feel like. My item was shipped with USPS so it missed the delivery date by 3 days at this point. And now the tracking isn't even showing where it is. This company is very misleading. Emailing gets you no where. I should have checked reviews on this company before I used them. There are little too no reviews which is very suspicious.

The baskets I ordered for my team was completely different and misrepresented by the image and description on Baskets Philadelphia website. I ordered the Flavors of Italy and got other items instead of what I read in the description and none of got the 2 tone colander that was supposed to be part of the basket. The items I received were less quality and not what I preferred than the items described in the basket. I will never order a basket from this company again.
