The process of ordering online was very easy and my new bath and bath panel were delivered within 2 working days. When I discovered I hadn't ordered the correct bath panel, due to confusion with the information on the Bathcenter web site, Ameena in customer services was very helpful and efficient and resolved everything. I am a very happy customer and would definitely use and recommend the Bathcenter again.

Bought a 20cm panel rad. Ordered online, though had to wait for a call to organise a delivery slot. Did come next day though, so good service.
Product was good quality.

Emailed a query and got a really fast response from Martin. Really happy with my new vanity unit!

Spoke to Melanie who was really helpful and helped me return an item that was the wrong size.

Awful customer service, ordered in September and paid in full to be told 1 radiator will take another 4 weeks. It is now November and still no radiator. No heating at all since September and no care whatsoever from the company. I have requested a callback from a manager and to log a complaint and been ignored. Called today as emails ignored, Ameena on the phone was rude, patronising and over talked! I would keep well away from this company!

I called to ask if my product could be delivered asap. Mollie assured me she would chase it up and send next day delivery. True to her word the element came next day special delivery. Star ⭐

I was looking to order around £1,000 of en-suite china and furniture, and wanted to get a technical drawing I could read (that on the website was too faint and pixelated when enlarged).

I used the Chat function, and the Chatbot directed me to email technical@. I did but received no reply, I resent the following day, to no avail.

So I emailed the info@ address provided on the website, only to receive a reply that it was not monitored!

I am not going to risk dealing with a company that does not monitor the inbox to which they direct customers, and have spent my money elsewhere.

Their loss.

I ordered a shower wall (Mermaid/Wetwall) on the bath centre, with an advertised delivery time of 1-3 days. This was 18 days ago. I am currently still waiting for this panel to be delivered.
Multiple issues with the supplier and their delivery service. Always promised a delivery estimate of 'today' or 'tomorrow'. The panel never arrives.
The Bath Centre costumer service don't seem to do much about this, they give me the same empty promises of delivery dates that are never successful. No interest in pushing their supplier to deliver on time, a discount on the service, offer a different courier,... nothing. They should definitely cut ties with Wetwall/Shore Laminates and stop selling their items if they are not going to follow up on their poor service.

Ordered bath and screen and had issues with manufacturer that was arranging delivery over two days and couldn’t give any narrower window than that. Emailed customer support who rearranged delivery for specific day. Got tracking day before then two hour window and delivery my was great. 😊 great customer service. Thank you

After recently fitting out a bathroom i had purchased a Narvik vanity unit and ceramic basin from Bathcenter, when fitting the unit with drawers i came across a design fault with the cut out for the basin trap and waste, also the ceramic basin was a bit out of shape.
I emailed them a short video and photos to show defects and within 2 hours from emailing i had received a new draw and ceramic basin. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to order from this company again. Above and beyond service..

Absolutely shocking customer service sent out a panel that was in 2 pieces although the picture showed it in one had to pay over £200 to change it to the right one come to have a bath and the plug is letting the water out been called a liar and made to send a video to prove what I’m saying is right after spending a lot of money I’m totally not happy

Outstanding and efficient service! We ordered a bath from Italy to be delivered at our home in the UK. Despite difficult internet connections Barry and the service team managed to get the bath to us on the morning of our return. I highly rate Bathcenter and will order more items in the future.

Ordered a Matt cobalt blue- radiator which was ordered on the 7th July 2025 and am still awaiting?
I’ve emailed, I’ve chased and had no response?
Was then emailed to say it’s arriving on the 8th Aug A MONTH LATER which I said ok to but am still waiting for my product! Customer service is not the greatest and getting hold of anyone is frustrating as tradesman are booked to do jobs that can’t be carried out due to poor communication! Another email sent today 🙏🏽

The website offers quality products with quite informative product detail. The prices are reasonable and when i was making my order a discount was offered on other items ( I think it was 10% on mixer taps/taps). Also with baths you have certain options to choose standard or premium so suits various budgets. I ordered Beaufort Malin bath 1600 x 700mm reinforced with reinforced bath panels. Delivery came as expected and the delivery driver was kind enough to help lift bath upstairs.

Great company, quality products at a competitive price point. Amazing customer service from Ameena who was so helpful and extremely responsive to my emails as I'd put the wrong address, contact number & postcode!
One of our items was unfortunately damaged however we were very impressed to receive a replacement in less than 24 hours.
The delivery drivers were also friendly and very helpful to my elderly parents.
We would definitely order from Bathcenter again.
