I was really worried about ordering on line - I looked at lots of companies, but was put off by their reviews. I then came across bathcentre where the reviews were good . I ordered Thursday evening and got an email back with confirmation straight away, after an hour or so I received another email saying dispatched- Friday I got a call from a lovely lady Wendy to arrange delivery- it was arranged for Tuesday , delivered by a nice guy . I can honestly say the service is second to none - if you, like me are worried about ordering on line I would recommend this company 💯 once the shower door is fitted I will upload photos

Didn’t deliver in the 1-2 days quoted and paid for. Absolute joke of a delivery company. Absolute joke from customer service, they never responded to emails. I fit bathrooms for a living. I will NEVER use this company again!

Ameena was exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile re our tricky water pressure problem.

I received my delivery within a couple of days. Unfortunately, one item was damaged in transit, and they dealt with this quickly by sending a replacement.

Fast delivery and excellent service

Really pleased, great communication as was able to arrange delivery day to suit my day off.
One of the few places I could find a 1650mm bath, very happy with all the items I bought.

The website was easy to navigate and the prices were really competitive. Ordering was straight forward and had an email straight away which is always a bonus. However I was having to juggle work and delivery dates and not having no notification appart from a day (organised on phone) when it will arrive is no good. Managed to organise someone to wait in but the bath arrived before they could get there. Think they need in place ether a email or text system where you are notified an exact day and rough estimate of time. I would recommend due to there prices but just be aware of delivery.

Excellent service from start to end, no pressure selling or shadowing you around the showroom, but all questions answered and very helpful staff both in the shop and over the phone. Delivery was on time, had to swap the bath and panel too which was easy and quick to do and swapped at no extra cost. The delivery man was excellent too and helped us carry the unit upstairs as was pre assembled

Can't fault and will definitely recommend to all.in the future

We had an adapted package of bathroom ware . We had a clear and detailed quote which we accepted and paid . Goods were delivered promptly as arranged and everything packaged well . Excellent service.

The original purchase went well - everything as described, good quality products at good prices, supported by good communication about delivery. Everything was packaged really well, so no risk of damaged items. Unfortunately, the soft-close toilet seat mechanism failed after a few months, but after a very brief email exchange with Ameena, a replacement was on its way. Excellent original service and excellent after care!

I was in a hurry - I talked to Ameena on the phone and she said she would check and get back to me - she did! It was out of stock though, however, 2 days later she phoned to tell me it was back.. now that is service! It was delivered in ample time for my needs and I can't fault the service nor the price.

Brilliant company

Thank you for my new bath and taps, just what i needed.

Ordered a bath 2 weeks ago that was advertised as in stock. Received an email a number of days later saying that the bath was out of stock for 1 week. I followed up 1 week later to be told the bath is still out of stock however, the bath is available with the chrome waste. Could you not just deliver the bath with the chrome waste in the meantime and deliver the white waste when it is in stock to not further hold up my bathroom renovation?
I have again tried to call BathCenter and no-one answers and the number diverts to a mobile phone voicemail?!?!? How unprofessional?
I have just gone on the website and the exact bath I need is still advertised as available for delivery and allows me to go to checkout.
How can you be this dishonest to make a customer pay for something only to tell them a number of days later that it is in fact not available?

Quick and easy ordering and very swift next day delivery

Excellent service and communication, extremely fast delivery, literally within 2 days even though I ordered at 11pm, always kept updated with emails. Would definitely use again.
