Ordered my cabinet on Friday online having spoken to The Bathcenter in Chesterfield. The item arrived Monday lunch time. I chose to collect it and the Manager of the branch loaded it into my car. Very helpful and great to deal with. I rate 5 stars as the whole experience was faultless. Highly recommend The Bathcenter

Had a great experience using Bathcentre.
I wanted to edit my Bath size on a bathroom suite I really liked & I thought it was going to be pointless asking but they changed the size without any extra charge & made it so easy.
It was delivered really quick & the driver was lovely too.
I'd definitely use again on my renvovations.

Great service whilst buying my mirrored bathroom cabinet. Im really delighted with the quality of it. The company phoned me beforehand to arrange delivery , the delivery driver went the extra mile to find my house and walked the cabinet up a hill to get it to our front door as access is difficult for his van. Excellent, polite and efficient service from start to finish.

Just wanted to add that although our bath arrived damaged from the courier, the lovely staff at bathcentre worked hard to find out what happened and sent us a replacement in a timely manner :)

Had a very poor experience. Ordered tile effect bath panels. On arrival they are very cheap looking, with no grout line effect. They are also huge and need to be stored flat, but the delivery person suggested would be safe to store upright with furniture pushed against it to keep flat. We did that for a week, but the panels still bowed and are now useless: joiner said there is no solution because they are so cheap and flimsy. Hundreds of pounds out of pocket, with no redress. Hugely disappointing experience and will not use Bathcenter again.

Very happy with my experience, the sales office helped me get the bath i needed and it was delivered in 2 days as promised.

Avoid if possible Communication poor delivery poor received a sink without the basin cabinet and then got a email stating it had all been delivered and order completed still waiting now

I ordered the Beaufort Rockall 1650 x 700mm Single Ended Bath and reinforced bath panel. We decided to pay that bit more for the Beaufort as the description said it keeps the water warmer for longer - it absolutely does! The bath has a lovely smooth, silky feel with a perfect sloping back. For the first time I want to have longer baths. I would definitely recommend this bath. The Customer Service Team are excellent with responding to queries quickly and are very helpful. Thank you so much

Great and helpful staff nothing was to much trouble the delivery guys were brilliant. I thank all the backroom staff for their efforts with my order. i would highly recommend this company.

AVOID *****Bought a sink cabinet fell apart in less then 6 mnths supposedly had a 5 yr guarentee but would not provide it when asked. Blamed water ingress plumber revisited said untrue but BathCentre refused replacement. Poor customer service experience trying to resolve shirked all responsibility to replace when it was professionally fitted, the sink prior in the exact same position lasted over 15 /20 yrs so lies its water ingress. This lasted 5 months split in 3 areas. Contacting Trading Standards for False Claims of Guarantees.

Website was easy to navigate and sorted the desired item easily. Clear ordering process, very timely delivery. All in all very satisfied.

The service was over and above I needed this bath as plumber was waiting to fit it and they don’t usually give a time for delivery. They contacted the driver who rang me and said he would be there he knew I was waiting for it . It was great service a great product and a great price

Overall is okay, they do have wide range of products on their site. You do need to check the stock with them before placing an order because their stock is not updated promptly on the site. Email is not the best way to contact, but I’ve had no problem reaching them through phone to chase something down. Overall it is an okay experience, they did shipped the product before promised time.

The service I received from Bathcenter, Ameena in particular, is 1st class. Everything I needed was actioned in good time, without reservation, with excellent communication.

Great communication, bath delivered exactly when it was arranged for, customer service was excellent and the best price I could find for the item I bought. If only all transactions were this simple.
