I always try and use local companies where I can and I’m really glad I chose Bath Centre.

Excellent service from start to finish.

Ameena and her team couldn’t have been any more helpful if they tried.

I went to them with another quote I had and they were able to source everything the same and matched it straight away.

Highly recommend them and my Plumber is now going to be using them.

A massive thank you to Ameena and the team at Bathcenter. We had difficulties with our bathroom fitters and needed to postpone delivery of our Aruba bath twice. Bathcenter were so accommodating and helpful. They took the stress out of a very stressful situation. The Aruba bath is wonderful and at a great price. We are extremely happy customers!

Ordered Saturday, arrived Tuesday, received txt message with delivery window, had phone call 20 mins before delivery, great service, would order from bath centre again

We had to wait for stock to come in of some items but customer service were responsive and helpful - thank you.

I can't comment on our shower door, as this hasn't been installed as yet but the customer service has been good so far at resolving some issues I had with shower trays. Ameena and Mandy have both been very helpful and the matter was resolved as expected.

Recently, I purchased aluminium radiators and electric elements. The product quality is outstanding, and the customer service at Bathcenter is excellent. Amenna was incredibly helpful. For future shopping, I'll always choose Bathcenter.

If I could give less than one I would. Really poor service - said my package would be with me in 1-2 working days in the confirmation email. A week later, still no package and no update. Emailed and called several times, told we’d be updated, but nothing.
So disappointed as I thought they had good reviews - now I wonder if they’ve just made them up.
I’d rather have my money back than wait.

I was very please my toilet and bath arrived the day after my order and the delivery driver helped me into the house.

Very slow delivery! Don't listen to their time frames.

Had tradesmen booked in for the expected delivery date, over a week and no email of the order being processed or shipped. Causing undue delays and stress. Would not use again!

The flush handle too loose and too heavy, the plumber couldn’t install in the proper way. I would expect better quality for this amount of money.

My 2nd time using bathcenter, ordered on Monday received by Wednesday with full tracking information, would definitely recommend thanks again!

item come pretty quick, but door fell off after one week of using and cannot get anyone to help replaced hinges, poor quality also as chipped already in different place, cant speak to anyone other than robots, i would go elsewhere if i need anything else

So far so good. I don’t usually leave reviews but having relied on them recently to choose my bathroom supplier I thought I should. I checked stock before I ordered as I needed the items quickly. They confirmed stock and I placed my order, which arrived within the week. The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful despite a parking issue outside my property. Fitting is finishing today so hopefully everything works as well as it looks. 👍🏻

Manufacture issue with bath panel
Bath size is 1600 and panel is just quater of an inch to big so making it impossible to be cut down. Wrong size panel and bad customer services. Now out of pocket as they want me to pay £40 return fee for an item that is not if any use to the bath I bought or keep a £90 item that is no good.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Use a proper shop rather than making the mistake of trusting the Internet like I did.

We ordered a bath and 2 panels from Bathcenter, which arrived quickly, within 48 hours of being ordered.
Communication from both them and the couriers was good and everything arrived on time and as expected.
Unfortunately, when we unpacked the panels we saw that one of them was scratched and had a defect in the acrylic surface. I emailed Bathcentre that evening and the next morning promptly received a text saying a replacement was being sent out that day for delivery the next day. Again, good communication from the courier and the panel arrived as promised.
The way a company deals with customer problems, should they arise, is hugely important and I have to say that I have had exceptional service throughout and would have no hesitation recommending Bathcenter.
Should also mention that they had the best price we could find on the particular bath we ordered, so all in all it's been a very positive experience.

They respond to emails very quickly. They are helpful and efficient. They delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Couriers were great and communicative, and good prices, having had some awful experienced (the victorias) this firm was great!!

No order received yet so I am unable to comment on quality but so far, my experience has not been great with Bathcenter.

I ordered a Beaufort Rockall bath on the 4th January and I am still yet to receive the bath.

I had to chase Bathcenter for an update on my order as it was still showing as 'processing', to be told delivery would be Monday 16th January. I chased my order as by 1:30pm I had not been contacted by a delivery driver, to be told there is now a further delay and it will arrive on Thursday 19th January.

The website states that delivery takes place between 1 - 7 working days, yet our bath hasn't met that quota. No compensation offered, despite being told two different delivery dates and despite T&Cs advising on delivery time. The bath is in stock online so I am unsure what the hold up is.

I hope that the bath does arrive on Thursday and I can leave a positive review, because at the moment, I am not filled with confidence in this company.

Made an email enquiry on the 3/1 which was answered promptly. Ordered bath on the 4th and it was delivered less than 24hrs later. Delivery driver was very helpful. Excellent quality bath. Thank you

Although a little difficult to get through to by phone they did get back to us and when we had an issue with our order (my mistake) were helpful and prompt with a new delivery. I would rate their Customer Service and Ameena as first class and definitely use again.
