Very polite and professional service
Very polite and professional service. The car battery I got was in the wrong place with a cheaper price tag, they gave me the cheaper price without even asking. Very happy with their service.

6 week holiday = dead battery
Arriving home after a 6 week holiday we found our car dead. The serviceman arrived within 15 mins of us lodging a service call. He soon had the car running and he also explained how to avoid it happening again. Although the car was running, testing showed it wasn't charging so a new battery was required. The serviceman was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

I needed a new battery as my existing…
I needed a new battery as my existing car battery was bringing up a red low battery light. The guy from battery world checked my current battery, and recommended a new one. The person was very helpful and fitted the battery as well.
