I’ve been purchasing my albums and merch from Bbangya since 2023! They are my number one go to for all things KPOP - albums, merch, etc ever since. Whenever I’m looking for something or wanting to pre order they’re the first place I look. My items always arrive quickly, and safely packaged with the sweetest hand written note and freebies! Any time I’ve contacted them they’ve been so lovely and easy to speak with as well. They are truly a great team, and I really appreciate their hard work and dedication to sharing everything KPOP and I can’t thank them enough for their hard work ❤️

PreOrdered the new all(h)ours albums and shipped super quickly after release. They were packaged super safely in lots of bubble wrap and in good condition. Always so sweet, and have ordered with them since 2025, Thank you so much guys, you’re doing amazing 🫶🏻

I ordered a Chuu European lucky draw album through bbangya! There were delays on the Korean side but bbangya kept me fully informed throughout and once they received the album it was with me within days! The album arrived packaged safely (and cutely) and the lucky draw card was sleeved in a toploader. I am confident with the communication bbangya provided and would absolutely order from them again, happy to have a local kpop seller that's so reliable <3 thanks :)

My order was delayed for reasons outside their control, but the girls kept me informed and were lovely to deal with. The delivery I received was lovely, it included a note and some lovely stickers. I will definitely order from them again.

BBANGYA have been fantastic. I was able to order some items I couldn’t find anywhere else in the UK. Unfortunately there was a delay with my order which was not BBANGYA’s fault. Their customer service was excellent and my items finally arrived beautifully packaged and with some extra treats.

This was my first time ordering from bbangya I ordered a lightstick, it arrived in perfect condition not a scratch even in the outer box, I will definitely be ordering from them again

I have used this site four times now and I am extremely happy with every purchase I make. Orders are packaged well and any issues that occur are communicated clearly and quickly, so I feel safe ordering each time.

I also really appreciate the added stickers and handwritten card included with every order, the letters are sweet and I like that the stickers usually match one of the products I’m getting so decorating photo cards is easier.

if i had to recommend one place to buy kpop merch it would defo be bbangya!! i ordered heeseung’s fugitive ver album and it came in perfect condition with the cutest freebies and note!!
