Existing boiler still working but 26 year old. Ben came round gave me a quote to replace. Agreed an installation date. In the mean time boiler stop working, as Im 86 year old Ben moved jobs around to get my heating sorted sooner. Would recommend.

Such a professional company to deal with from beginning to end. I had a new boiler fitted and new pipe work to plumb in an electric towel heater in my bathroom.

8 hours beginning to end and absolutely no evidence any work has been carried out because it was left so clean and so tidy.

It would have been less than 8 hours had the poor fella not have to wait such a long time for me to finish on a work call, just to show me how to use the new thermostat and walk through the pipe work that had been done.

As a lovely little extra, he noticed the towel radiator had been installed incorrectly and after he’d left, I saw he had fitted it properly.

Would use again and recommend to anybody who needs a good plumber.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish I couldn’t fault BCA plumbing and heating one bit massive shout out to mark and his helper for replacing a new boiler for me they went to extreme length to make sure it was done to a high standard

I can’t recommend Ben and Mark at BCA Plumbing highly enough. They installed my new boiler and also carried out a few other jobs, all to an excellent standard. The workmanship was spot on and everything was left neat and tidy.

Ben was especially great at explaining things clearly and patiently – even when I was probably pestering him with lots of questions! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was really reassuring to have everything talked through properly.

Both Ben and Mark were friendly, professional, reliable, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s not easy to find tradespeople you can fully trust, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use BCA Plumbing again and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Came at short notice to inspect central heating boiler which was not working. Needed new one and installed 3 days later. Great service and everything working well now.

Needed a boiler service done quickly due to house sale. Ben was great, fitted us in quick, great communication , super friendly and helpful and a good price.

Came to give a quote for a new boiler, was done 2 weeks later, took out old heating system, moved and fitted a new combi boiler from the garage to the kitchen, cleaned up after themselves and removed all waste, very polite guys, great customer service, amazing price (6 quotes and these was the cheapest). This is our first bought house so I’m very thankful they made the experience great for us! Will be using them for as long as theyre about! Thankyou!!

Have used this company before to do new LPG central heating, having had a great experience of excellent work, I had no hesitation in asking Ben for a quote to renew my bathroom, again I’m over the moon with the work done by Mark, the joiners and electricians.
