Spoke to Kai. Lovely man to talk to. Questions are very thorougher. Serious when needed to be but friendly overall. Would highly recommend taking to him. Phone call took just under an hour to get Life Insurance.

Seriously poor advice and information
Seriously poor, claim to have people to deal with your claims but have nobody but poor irrelevant customer service agents that can’t help you, if you ask to speak to someone about your claim or a potential claim they have nobody and they are not experienced to help you. All they will say is that they can send you a claims form to fill in and when you have a disability or illness and need help they refuse to help you and maintain the fact they only can point you in the right direction.
So you are left not understanding things or where to go with forms or the problems you have, the customer service is diabolical and poor and I would not recommend them as a life insurance company.
All you get following that is numerous emails stating we’ve sent you a pack if you need help get in touch but when you do they are useless and irresponsible and have no experience. Why they have got good reviews is beyond me when they do nothing to help customers and they should be ashamed in how they help or direct people or the help that’s available because when iv spoken to them they are useless and offer nothing because they have no reined people to deal with you.
I would avoid this company for any life insurance policies because they can offer no help or guidance and any info to the current ailments or illnesses they offer and just cause confusion and upset and I’m cancelling my claim with them as they don’t deserve my time or money.

Close but no cocout
The website in regard to getting a quote and applying for the insurance and getting the insurance was quite straight forward but the part where you create your account does not work so I cannot get a copy of my policy documents. I've tried the "forgotten password" route but an email is not sent. Hopefuly there is a 14 day cooling off period to cancel it. My email address they have is correct as I got the congratulations your insurance applcation has been accepted email.
