Something went wrong with payments for 2 months due to a banking problem,the first we knew of this is when we called the company to find out what was happening.after 29 mins giving details they decided we could re-instate our policies,my husbands was done swiftly and payed the arrears and got back on track,however when it came to mine they decided to send my info to a department that looks at the health risks,I had disclosed my arthritis when we set up the policys and nothing had changed,they then said I could re-instate mine,spent 48 mins on the phone only to be told they would call me back,in total I spent 1 hour and 23 mins trying to get the issue resolved,supposed to get a call this morning but so far nothing.

Most of all didn't receive anything about if wish to cancel policy it has to be done in a certain amount of days.
Only noticed when I checked my account that I was paying out for 2 lots of life insurance. Don't recall getting paperwork stating when payments would be taken from and what monthly payments would be.
Called to query and cancel and would not refund my last 2 months payments that was taken from my account.
Have now cancelled all my direct debts to this company.
If they said they have sent paperwork and emails they should have still called to check that I was supposedly happy with everything before the warranty ran out on the so called policy. 😤😤

We recently had to make a critical illness claim with Beagle Street, and the support we received was exceptional from start to finish. The team were professional, efficient and genuinely compassionate throughout, which made a very difficult time much easier for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I could not have asked for a more professional and caring service, particularly from my case handler Violeta who truly went above and beyond in her empathy and administration of my claim at a difficult time for me. Violeta responded extremely quickly to every question I had and kept me fully updated at every step of the way. The company has an exceptional asset in Violeta who made a huge difference to me following my claim. I highly recommend this company.

I have recently made a claim on my critical illness cover and, although there were one or two anomalies along the way, dealing with the same person throughout (very unusual nowadays) made things much easier. Violeta, Claims Handler, kept me updated throughout the process and was very helpful and reassuring when we needed to speak on the phone a couple of times. In what has been a stressful time for me and my family, Beagle Street and Violeta in particular have been very helpful.

I can honestly say that although this process was a daunting and emotional one it was made all the easier by Violeta's kindness, professionalism and genuine desire to explain how things worked so my family were fully informed throughout the claim application. Words can't express the relief to having now been able to complete this task knowing that it was my late brother's wish after his death.

My experience with Beagle Street was great, they kept me updated the whole way through and my claim handler V was absolutely amazing! She was professional, empathetic and considerate.... sad to have to make a critical illness claim but my experience was positive and was successful.

Recently I needed to make a claim under my Critical Illness Policy. Beagle Street and my Claims Handler, Violeta, were absolutely fantastic.
The whole claim from initial contact to final payment was handled by Violeta, who updated me every step of the way.
I have been very impressed by Beagle Street and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Beagle street have been amazing since the start of my claim. I sadly lost my wife unexpectedly in November and they have guided my through the claims process.
Lisa my claims handler was very helpful and responsive to questions replying to emails and always being sincere with their approach.
It’s a call that you hope you never have to make but Beagle Street made it simple. Highly recommended 😊

I had a letter sent to me regarding my direct debit which must have been a technical error. I called up and spoke to a really lovely lady called Sherry (Davis). She was so kind and helpful and was honestly a joy to speak with. She helped me set up my online account and sent me an email with the information I needed immediately so I was able to access my policy to read all my documents. I wasn’t sure how to set up my online account so Sherry talked me through the whole process and sent me a link. She was such an upbeat person and had such a positive vibe about her. I hope all your customer service agents are like her as she’s an absolute credit to your company! Thank you ☺️

My claim was made stress free due to the regular progress updates via email from my claims handler Violeta. All I had to do was fill out my claim form and email it along with my proof of claim and Violeta did the rest. I couldn't be more happy with the service she provided.

Beagle Street - and particuarly Lisa - have been absolutely amazing in dealing with a critical illness cover claim. The communication has been exceptionally proactive, making a very stressful time much more manageable. I am very grateful for how quickly the claim was resolved and that Lisa has been so thorough in helping me.

Awful. Dreadful communication/customer service. I missed a key health detail about my brother and wanted this to be added to the policy details. I called them once, was told they would get back in touch when the underwriters had done their calculations. One missed phone call - nothing further. 3 months later tried phoning them again, they seemed to have no record of it and started the process again, told they would be in touch, no phone call. Email sent to them, not answered after a week. Avoid.

We took our life insurance 10 years ago, because we had to, for our mortgage.
With it came critical illness cover.
I never thought for a moment that we’d need to claim on it. In fact, I always thought that insurance was a bit of a scam, peace of mind while you don’t need it, but when you do, they find a way to avoid paying out.
My experience with Beagle Street and our claim handler, Violeta, could not have been further from this idea. When my wife received her cancer diagnosis Violeta was kind, compassionate and supportive. The claim process was relatively straightforward and the whole claim was resolved in a couple of weeks.

Having been involved in sorting out the estate of my recently departed brother in law, I can state that when I made contact with Beagle Street to discuss the insurance claim, I was lucky enough to be put through to Violetta. Throughout the process of obtaining doctors reports etc Violetta kept me informed & up to date with progress.
Although sorting out a loved ones estate isn’t pleasant Violetta did help to make the process easier because of her warm & accomodating manner.
Beagle Street can be proud of how good their service was.
