I bought a 4 inch firm mattress topper straight from their website. The mattress topper at first seemed to not be firm when I checked it by hand but when laying on it you do not sink in and it is in fact firm. I had some issues, the mattress topper was not for me. I was able to contact Bedstory and got a resolution within a couple of days. Customer service was helpful.

Well-made and did what it said it would do.
Added to the top of my hybrid foam/spring mattress because I needed a little extra support for my lower back and hips, and the 2-inch topper gave me that.

Less than ideal customer service. I purchased a mattress topper, but then ended up no longer needing it after I received it. I reached out to start a return because the website said it was easy. It should not have taken 7 days to resolve this issue. Your website states "hassle-free return" and “free pickup". Yet customer service hassled me for a week to keep this product that I changed my mind on, no longer had a use for, and did not want in my home anymore. Not only was I upfront about my change in needs, I received fake empathy from their side saying they understood the situation, apologized for the CONTINUOUS frustration and the CONTINUOUS back-and-forth, and still could not process a return. I have told so many friends and family about this situation. I was baffled at how much it felt like a complete scam purchasing from this company.

My mattress came today and am now awaiting my mattress topper. As of yet, I haven’t slept in my bed but will do another survey as soon as I have both the topper and mattress

The whole ordering process was extremely easy, the price was very reasonable an It was the best sleep my husband,I have had in a long time our old mattress had started to sag an we were both complaining of back pain best decision to order this mattress no more back pain.

I’ve had many mattresses in my life at all different price points, however the combination of…. the most comfortable and supportive, perfect price, and delivered to my door is what keeps me coming back! I just ordered my fourth one. I ordered a king green mattress for a family member, a queen green for another, and now my second queen cookie for myself. They have all been ordered in 14 inch. Mine didn’t wear out, rather I ordered it for another room. I have back issues and the cookie is my favorite. I don’t really know how to describe it. Very good support but cushioning at the same time!

My order wasn’t left at my door. Just a tag from UPS. My brother was out back working. Now I cannot contact anyone to see what to do about my order!! Do you know?

What's not to like. Excellent product exactly as described. There was a delivery issue but that was on FedEx and not BedStory. Customer service is excellent, personal and responsive. So far so good.
