great topper, most comfortable and well worth the cost

This bed is very comfortable and very supportive maybe I would say the only problem with it is you don't want to get out of it 🤭! I sincerely praise Jesus Christ cause He helped me with this bed in the Queen size I believe! And I gave it to my nephew cause he needed a new bed!

I had the opportunity to sleep on the brown mattress before I decided to get one,of course that and the price help! Easy and friendly website.

I rarely write reviews, but this seller truly deserves one. They provided the best customer service and support I have ever experienced on Amazon. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied.
The mattress itself is excellent. It feels comfortable, well-made, and offers great support. So far, I'm very happy with the quality. I only hope it maintains the same comfort and durability over the long term as advertised.

I purchased the medium firm hybrid mattress on Amazon. When received I allowed it a couple of days to blow up and fill out.
However after sleeping on the mattress I felt sloping towards the middle as well as a weak sides when sitting on it.

I contacted bed story via telephone and customer service answered and asked for my order number, photos of the top and side of the bed. Within 24 hours I had a reply regarding returning the mattress.

Our first two emails they offered me a discount to keep the mattress. I found it uncomfortable and told them I prefer to return the mattress completely.
Customer service was quick to respond within 24 hours via email.

After a couple of back and forth emails they agreed on a 100% refund and they would arrange for the shipping return within the next 1 to 2 weeks.
The next day I received an email asking if I prefer just to keep the mattress and give it to someone in need or a charity.
I agreed because I did not want to wait 2 weeks for pickup since the mattress was sitting in my living room.

I also understood that the cost of returning the mattress would be expensive for them and they would just have a used mattress on return. So it made sense for both of us to simply give the mattress to a charitable organization.

I received quickly my full refund through Amazon onto my Amazon card. The process of the emails took a few days but was not difficult and customer service had offered options trying to work it out with me. I was satisfied with my complete transaction.

Very happy with my costumer service experience. Found the "euro top" made the mattress to soft even though it was a firm mattress. I weigh 170 lbs.

Bedstory customer services is very satisfactory.

Good old-fashioned customer service. Highly impressed. Had an issue, they listened, and resolved it. Highly recommend them.

The mattress top I ordered turned out to be too firm, but their customer service team worked with me to make sure I was happy.

I sent an email requesting partial refund since there was a price drop within 2 days of placing an order. The difference in price was $54, however, only asked for $27 price difference.
Response to email was quick however I was advised only $10 would be credited back to me until they confirmed price difference. Never received another response and still have not received any $10 credit. 😳
