Bela Beauty College Opiniões

Had a great time doing the Nail Course, it really taught me everything I needed to know about starting a business and nails (including social media). Heaps of support available throughout, thank you !

Bela Beauty College is very well presented! The staff and tutors are all super friendly and always are willing to help, and constantly checking in. The products in the course are all very professional and easy to use, and the videos to watch are all well understood.
highly recommended!!

Did the nail course- so good and helpful ! Staff is very nice also

Everything was explained in a way that made it easy to understand and keen to move forward

Sarah was very polite and helpful in getting me across the line and into the course I had chosen. Also, there appear to be more units than I had anticipated which makes it all the more exciting!

There is no good cooling off period. Do not agree to anything with this company. They are poor business people trying to sign you up and sell you. They are not interested in doing the right thing

Simple and straight to the point, good phone manner and easy to understand.

Do not sign up, I know someone that doesn't understand English well and didn't understand what a Cooling off period is, Let alone a predatory 3 day cooling off period. Most agreements have a 10 day cooling off period. These scammers use a 3 day period.
They will keep debiting your account and try and milk you for $3,900 and from what I have seen it's an online course that you do yourself.
If the product is quality you don't have to lock people in with predatory tactics.

Note i am not the purchaser of this product, I have submitted this review after being told about the 3 day cooling off period which i believe is too short. I have provided the contact details of your customer for bela beauty to restablish connection with as you cannot simply treat your customers that way. At the very least you should negotiate a path forward with your customer. This person placed their trust in your organisation and the very least you could do is show that you are willing to negotiate with them.

The Certificate of photography course has helped me to improve my photography immensely.
It has given me the confidence to try different ways of photographing my subjects and has made me much more confident with trying different styles of photography.

Bela beauty college have only been take to provide with the basics of lash extensions. I have received no support from them in the time that I have been studying and required to send multiple emails at a time often waiting days for a response. For an online only course, I feel it is extremely vague and makes it hard for students to be able to interact with the tutors at times. The courses are also unreasonably priced and I wasn’t made aware of the pricing until I had signed up.

From the first phone call the people were very friendly and explained all the steps clearly..very helpful

Easy to complete and love the way it is laid out

Perfect connection making, communication skills were on point

Christopher is always friendly, patient, and attentive. He listens carefully to your concerns and provides helpful solutions. He truly understands the importance of good customer service and it shows in every interaction. Christopher is a true gem and I'm grateful to have experienced his exceptional service. I’m quite excited to be enrolled at Bela beauty college.
