Outstanding service from BELL Lighting. William Sheard was exceptionally helpful, professional and proactive throughout our enquiry regarding lighting for a commercial indoor swimming pool.
He took the time to understand our requirements in detail, spoke with us by telephone, considered the particular characteristics of the pool room, including the timber ceiling and potential glare, and then very promptly prepared a detailed and extremely helpful lighting design for us.
We have been genuinely impressed by the level of care, technical expertise and personal attention we received. William’s proactive approach and prompt communication made the whole process very easy and gave us great confidence in proceeding with the proposed lighting.

Bell Lighting have been our major lighting supplier for well over 50 years and have been at the forefront for new innovations in lighting from the very beginning. The entire team from technical, sales to despatch have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and service is always excellent from first delivery to aftercare and warranty, which cannot be beaten in the industry.

Ordering online through the portal is very easy to navigate and any information you need regarding every product is accessible and downloadable.

Its laid out very well which enables us to find all products, navigate the various categories and all queries are handled quickly if help is required. First class products with first class service!

We recently had motion sensitive lighting put in our Church. In one area it did not work and your excellent engineers kept coming back to ascertain exactly what the problem was and they finally rectified it. All of this work was at no cost to ourselves. I would highly recommend their service and would suggest getting your electrician to use their products

I started using Bell Lighting at one of our Academy sites and, after being impressed with the quality and service, I have since gone on to use Bell products across four of our sites, with approximately 5,000 fittings installed.

The fittings are great quality, with excellent warranties, and I particularly like the easy installation and changeable wattage output options, which provide plenty of flexibility for different applications.

We are currently pricing up another one of our sites, and I will be using Bell Lighting for that project as well. The service has always been great and speedy, with the team being helpful and responsive whenever we have needed them.

Overall, I have been very impressed with both the products and the service from Bell Lighting and would have no hesitation in continuing to use them for future projects.
