Beautiful plants, well packed for transit

Plants arrived very quickly and were well packaged. They were in tip top condition. One plant I ordered was out of stock but I was given an alternative free if charge. Customer service was excellent and my email was replied to promptly. The issue was not with BellR but pay pal and was soon resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Kept up to date with delivery. Excellent packaging and lovely plant and pot. Excellent service .

First time ordering from Bellr and was impressed by their Instagram and website, however the plant I ordered was not of the same quality as in the photo, it was definitely not worth the money.
I complained and was offered half the cost back, which was not really satisfactory.
Be aware that plants may not arrive as you expect.

Very pleased with my order but you should put label on box for DHL to stand boxes up. My plants were on the side, soil everywhere. Will shop with you again

Because Sam was SO nice to me I went straight home and ordered an elephant plant. It arrived a tad crumpled- probably because if its size, but it is really u unusual and I love it. Love the ethos of the company.Keep bringing more quality plants……😊

Had plants reordered as it wasnt in the quality ive had off bellr previously..sam did sort it personally..even called me to let me know what was happening to sort it out and had the pachiras and snakeplant delivered as soon as in stock.thankyou.

Bellr has a fabulous vision in terms of recycling everything from ocean waste, coffee beans, sawdust and old denim. The energy and enthusiasm is contagious for these beautiful plants. The website is a breeze to navigate. I chose plants that are not only pet friendly but beautiful and the gorgeous green pots are light weight and help the planet. The care cards with QR codes are fab ! Love! Love! Love! I will be ordering again soon. Thank you for packaging the plants so well. Keep up the awesome work team ! Michelle X

The plant and pot i ordered is lovely...However the delivery was a nightmare..I work long hrs and was not at home when they wanted to deliver and they don't work weekends...
They insisted on a signature even though I emailed to say I was happy for them to leave in a safe place which would be my risk..
Shame as I don't think I will purchase anything in future as too much hassle 😕
