I waited over 3 weeks for my order, only to receive just the one order out of two.
They are extremely slow, the communication is awful I think it’s AI and they do not answer your questions correctly.
The only reason I gave two stars is because I eventually received my one out of two orders.
I paid £50.00 for 2 hair dyes that are actually less that £10.00 each and their website is very expensive for things you can buy here for less than half the price.
The only reason I paid for them is it was sold out all over and they seemed to be the only ones who have it in stock, I was desperate unfortunately!

Belvera claims to be a UK company supplying beauty and health products to UK customers including hair dryers. I ordered a hairdryer which claims to be UK compliant but it was sent with a USA plug which clearly is not fit for UK use. Despite that they state they do 30 day returns you have to email them to ask for a return. This is impossible to get done. Customer service is zero. I currently have no way of returning the item for refund even though the company are at fault. With further research it appears that this company is thought to be a scam site for phishing purposes. I'm now worried what data including credit card details they have sold to criminal organisations. So BEWARE. DO NOT order from this site
