Fantastic service, delivered very quickly and built in situ. We loved that the hole in the table for a parasol is optional and only done if requested, as we didn’t want it. The set is build from thick, sturdy wood, unlike many others and it looks great!

Can’t fault this company for the quality and value of its products, the communication of its staff and the helpfulness of Rob who kept in touch about delivery and assembled our gorgeous bench with courtesy and speed. So many people have commented on our bench and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bench UK to anyone. Wonderful service.

The bench was delivered in a timely manner from order, though a bit more notice of delivery time would not go amiss! That being said, the product is exactly as advertised! The bench I ordered is fantastic! A gorgeous sturdy bench. 100% satisfied. Rob was cordial, kept me up to speed of when he would get here and the whole assembly took about 20 mins. I could not be happier with my purchase and I really salute this company for producing a fantastic product whilst remaining exceptionally competitive. I wish them every success.

I received a bed 7 days late the owner kept making excuses that the van had broke down, this went on for 10 days, I got the bed the base collapsed I took pictures and sent them, again promised to come on the Saturday I waited in all day. didn't turn up said van had broke down again. then they ignored all my calls and messages. I had to pay a joiner £150 to fix the bed he was here 5 hours!! He could not believe how they had put the bed together. I asked for a partial refund, they have now disappeared from Esty and the number is uncontactable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Item received and all seemed fine at first. Arrived on time. Product did need sanding as wood was rough and green in patches but let this pass. However it soon became evident that the bed base was too short to fit the mattress. Checked dimensions advertised and the frame was 4 inches too short. Contacted the company and provided evidence of the fault. Was told I'd have to wait until they had another delivery in the area before they could come and repair the bed. Not ideal but didnt want to complain. This was almost 4 months ago. They were supposed to come 3 times last week but kept cancelling. Now they are ignoring all contact. Paid £489 for a bed that is too small and cannot get a replacement or refund. Absolute farce of a company.

Bench UK Ltd provides a service which allows the customer to choose furniture that is specific to their needs e.g. in style, size and wood stain. Rob was flexible when I asked for slight amendments to my dining table and bench and closey communicated throughout my experience. Purchasing online without seeing the product can sometimes be a risk but in this case I am very pleased with my purchase amd I would highly recommend Rob and Bench UK Ltd. for the friendly service and quality product that I received.

The prices on Benchuk.com were so much more competitive than elsewhere, I was skeptical about the quality, or if there'd be a problem with service or delivery.

I hadn't needed to worry. Great service, delivery was painless, and Rob installed the bench/table in my garden with no fuss.

The Walk-in, 10-seater bench-table is excellent. Nice and chunky, good quality, and well built.

Total scam, ordered and paid in full, could not get a delivery date confirmed. At the beginning calls were answered but not returned with information as promised and after weeks and weeks of chasing there were no further responses at all by phone (landline was unobtainable), emails and messages were ignored. Thankfully PayPal refunded our money.

Well, what can I say? Was very dubious about this company as the prices seemed too good to be true. Did due diligence and decided to go ahead. Rob was fantastic, keeping me updated on delivery every step of the way. He is professional, friendly, helpful and polite. The benches?? Oh yes, well I really wasn't expecting the quality that these are. They will last forever.
I couldn't be happier with the service and the product and can't recommend highly enough.
Don't hesitate to buy from Rob..you won't regret it.
