The Benenden GP service is fantastic
The Benenden GP service is fantastic, especially when you have to wait weeks for s normal local GP. They are patient, sympathetic and very knowledgeable. Prescription comes through within minutesband I highly recommend this service as well as becoming a Benenden member.

Beneden Charitable Trust
Michelle had rang me to discuss a couple of things (just to clarify on certain things) and she was really lovely and told me she would look at my form that day in which then I received an email confirming what I needed which I thought WOW she definitely was looking at my form today and was very prompt. Which I am so pleased about. Very grateful indeed.

Can't fault it
Can't fault it. Wasn't happy with my GPs response times so I contacted benenden. From appointment to picking up my antibiotics was just over 30 mins. Meant I could start the antibiotics ASAP and didn't have to take time off work for a Dr's appointment

Online GP is not very useful
Online GP is not very useful. Often, issues cannot be dealt, and the advice is to go to a local hospital. Perhaps, okay for diagnosing a common cold!

Hello Pal, thank you for sharing this feedback with us, we're sorry to hear you're not happy with our 24/7 GP service. As it is an online service, providing members with 24/7 phone or video call access to a GP, naturally there are limitations if you need a physical exam. This is when our GPs will suggest visiting your local practice or Hospital.
However, the 24/7 GP does provide thousands of members with assessments, diagnosis, prescriptions and peace of mind for many conditions, no matter what the time or day.

Excellent service
Excellent service, could pick a time that suited me to book a call from Gp. Felt reassured and listened to with my symptoms, asked a lot of questions which again is reassuring with medical history / medication etc. got an email confirmation script which I went to local pharmacy and got dispensed quickly .

Excellent service
From the first phone call to BenendenHealth I knew I was in good hands. The staff know exactly how to steer new patients through the process, they take their time with explanations and make sure everything goes to plan. I have recommended them to several friends because of this.

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. Beneden very good at taking money for a service they cannot provide. Customer service representatives absolutely useless, first person i spoke to gave false information making me get a gp referral letter for a service they cannot provide. Second person was unhelpful and unprofessional. Will be cancelling mine and my families membership.
