Commande faite sur un site en ligne. Colis non reçu a cause d'un transporteur non compétent. Réponse du vendeur Benq, c'est la faute du client qui n'aurait pas du choisir ce mode d'achat. Qui aurait du se rendre disponible pour le transporteur quand il venu. On ne savait pas quand il devait passer. Du coup, on a pas de colis mais ils ont gardé des frais. Le vendeur ne connaissent pas la notion de "client". Ne leurs faites pas confiance. Ils ne savent pas recruter correctement leurs vendeurs.

Ich habe 2018 einen BenQ Beamer gekauft, der nach nur sechs Jahren komplett unbrauchbar wurde. Obwohl ich den Beamer selten benutzt habe und die Lampe nie gewechselt wurde, zeigte er plötzlich nur noch schwarze und weiße Linien und flackerte. BenQ teilte mir mit, dass das Gerät außerhalb der Garantie liegt und ich es zur Reparatur einschicken muss. Die Reparaturfirma Let Me Repair schickte mir einen Kostenvoranschlag von unglaublichen 825,40 Euro. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit, da ich damals 1.219 Euro für den Beamer bezahlt habe. Es ist nicht akzeptabel, dass ein so teures Gerät nach so kurzer Zeit kaputt geht und die Reparatur fast so viel kostet wie ein neues Gerät. Zusätzlich soll ich noch 80 Euro für die Rücksendung zahlen, wenn ich den Beamer nicht reparieren lasse. BenQ bot mir dann an ein Refurbish-Gerät Angebot zu senden. Ich rate nach meiner Erfahrung dringend von BenQ ab!
Estoy profundamente decepcionado con BenQ.
Compré un proyector hace más de 20 días y aún no he recibido mi pedido. Durante este tiempo, he intentado contactar con el servicio al cliente en múltiples ocasiones, para conocer al menos en donde se encuentra, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Todo se resume en una falta de comunicación y atención al cliente mínima en estos tiempos.
BenQ se presenta como una empresa de tecnología de primer nivel, pero su servicio postventa es lamentable. No solo estoy sin el producto por el que pagué, sino que también me siento ignorado y frustrado por la falta de atención al cliente.
No recomendaría BenQ a nadie que espere un servicio al cliente decente y una entrega puntual. Pensaba que por comprar en su web la garantía era 100%
Ojalá llegue a tener mi pedido algún día....
Steer clear of BenQ! They've got the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Don't even think about buying the BenQ GP500 projector—it's riddled with hardware and firmware issues, which were confirmed by their own technical team. When they agreed to replace my faulty unit, they sent me a refurbished lab testing unit labelled "For test only" with a missing Android TV and remote control! For over a week, all my follow-ups have been met with canned responses like "sorry for the inconvenience" and no real solution. Now they're telling me to wait another week for the QS02 ATV, calling it a "special service" out of goodwill. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, with zero real customer care.

Compré este monitor para poder trabajar en gráficos y fotografía. Poco a poco me doy cuenta de que tiene problemas de sangrado de luz o similar. Problema que apenas se nota y que va a peor. Benq me dice que lo envíe a un servicio técnico y luego me dice que es un problema que afecta a cualquier LCD de cualquier marca. Incluso ellos mismos se consideran de "cualquier" marca. Un monitor que se vende como uniforme y calibrado. Acepto que puede haber monitores con defectos, pero esperaba de una marca así otro tipo de trato.
If I could give zero stars I would . Do not shop here was sent a faulty monitor, I returned it and the company are refusing to refund . Appauling customer service . DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!

Well as the title says, I was deeply disappointed by the manufacturer.
For those who want to learn more, I will describe the story in detail:
First BenQ MOBIUZ EX2710Q monitor purchased on 03/25 on Amazon and arrived defective with a burnt pixel. On the advice of the manufacturer, according to whom I had been very, very unlucky, I returned the monitor to Amazon and following the words said by BenQ according to which buying two monitors both with the same defect would be almost impossible, I purchased another one at a higher price in trust of the manufacturer's words. New amazon order:
Item ordered on 15.04, arrived after a few days... Exactly worse than the first, three burnt pixels. Regretfully, I contact the manufacturer who I quote verbatim "we are very sorry that he has found two monitors with the same defect, a case study that is incredible". However, they weren't sure if they could replace it for me, because three burned pixels are acceptable according to European standards because they are not present in the central quadrant (according to them). However, they underlined that it was "an incredible case study".
I wrote an email to the manufacturer where I expressed all my displeasure and disappointment and where I said that I would also initiate the return of this second defective monitor to Amazon.
After a while the manufacturer contacted me telling me that they had excellent news: that BenQ management had agreed to replace the defective monitor with a new one TESTED in the laboratory (in exchange for the return of the second monitor purchased from Benq) to avoid further inconvenience. Hesitant I accept the proposal, giving the producer another chance. Sure they would have solved the problem. It would have been a monitor tested in a laboratory, so I thought that just as they said "to avoid further inconveniences" it would have been impeccable from this point of view.
The new unit from Holland tested by benQ arrives on 06/05. I didn't want to believe it: the exact same defect! Burnt pixel in the upper right quadrant. Feeling ridiculed, disappointed and regretful about what had happened, I thought that by contacting the manufacturer he would bend over backwards to remedy the event and instead I quote the response: "Officially it is not a model with 0 bright pixel standards. If you want the guarantee of 0 bright pixels, you can consider purchasing a model with the right specifications to meet your needs. It is considered a normal market standard that some pixels on the panels are bright and are considered acceptable [...] to take into consider another model with a higher pixel guarantee, clearly these products have a higher price range." .
Personally I believe that receiving a monitor with the same defect is bordering on ridiculous given that it is a "new and tested unit". I can't believe that the operator missed the bright pixel since I personally immediately noticed it already on the black screen when starting up.
Gentlemen, it's statistics: 3 monitors tested, all three defective, with a 100% probability of incurring the unpleasant defect.
However, I must also point out that they offered me a new replacement but that they did not guarantee the possibility of not running into a faulty monitor again.
Personally I think I wasted time, money and felt cheated by the BenQ company.
If they couldn't guarantee me an efficient monitor they shouldn't have offered me a replacement, but let me return it to Amazon.
I lost more than a month and a half in this matter, I started the return to Amazon and I will have to return the third monitor to BenQ. I think they speak for themselves!!!

J'attends toujours un retour pour la prise en charge en sav de mon 2566k, je devais avoir une réponse jeudi, et impossible de joindre le sav par tel ... pas comme si l'écran etait à 700e ..

2 months on after Benq agreed to give me a refund, I still haven't received it. They have the goods back, I have the UPS receipts to prove it. Their customer service doesn't reply to any of my emails, and the phone number just rings out. I am still waiting for nearly £2000 to be refunded, and as I purchased it via credit card, I have paid the last 2 months interest in this unnecessarily. Benq do not care. Whatever you do, be incredibly careful buying direct from this company as they will not respond or give you your money back. I am now pursuing action through my bank for recovery.
Bought a SW270C 'photographer' monitor for around £700. It failed (line of dead pixels developed; a known issue discussed on internet fora, despite Benq customer services' denial of this fact) just inside the warranty period. The replacement never switched on. It was poorly packaged and possibly damaged in transit. Again, Benq denied this was the case.
The replacement of the replacement itself failed (whole system yellowish green or bright red under various calibration settings and unusable) within a few months. The replacement process was a nightmare. Customer services are rude and farcically incompetent.
So, the original unit failed within warranty and the replacement policy is sending refurbished junk, not new units. Will never buy from this company again, no matter how good product reviews are - what's the point of high spec. if it fails quickly and customer service is so poor.
I've replaced this junk with a better specced, cheaper Asus with a two year superior warranty.

Mein Benq W2700 Beamer hatte nach 2 1/2 Jahren einen Pixelfehler (weißer Punkt). Obwohl außerhalb der Garantiezeit, hat Benq die Kosten für die Reparatur übernommen.
Die Beantragung der Reparatur verlief über die Benq-Homepage und die Antwort kam innerhalb einer Woche.
Natürlich sollte ein Beamer kurz nach der Gewährleistung keinen Pixelfehler aufweisen, trotzdem finde ich es gut, dass ich selbst keine Kosten hatte.

Ordered an insanely cool GV31 projector which happened to fail within the first 30 days of receiving (it can happen, no prob.).
Ended up just sending it back when support over the phone wouldn't help with technical matters, emails only. Emails are a joke, robotic answers take over 24 hours and no one actually reads what you've written and described in details.
After a week of child-bite-sized replies heading my way, sent the product back for refund which went well. No point in arguing with support over endless emails that are filtered through by people that forward them to others without context.
Even after stating item had been sent back and in the hands of UPS, got an email aiming at "solving" my problem suggesting once more steps that had already been tried.
So fine, refund was a fairly easy process, but what happens with these guys once the 30 day period is over?! Had one intelligent person over the phone that explained that if I were to ask for a replacement: no refund would be possible after that. Might as well send back for refund and buy new one, crazy corporate logic!!
Absolutely use Paypal as mean of payment, or go with some awful giants such as Amazon, at least this wouldn't happen.
Really wanted to enjoy my projector, but given my experience, I do never want to deal with their service again, ughhh!!
Such a waste of great engineering. Hope the robots read this.

J'ai commandé un projecteur GV31 incroyablement cool qui est tombé en panne dans les 30 premiers jours suivant sa réception (cela peut arriver, sans problème).
J'ai fini par le renvoyer lorsque l'assistance téléphonique ne m'a pas aidé pour les questions techniques, uniquement par e-mail. Les e-mails sont une blague, les réponses robotiques prennent plus de 24 heures et personne ne lit réellement ce que vous avez écrit et décrit en détail.
Après une semaine de réponses de petite taille, j'ai renvoyé le produit pour remboursement, ce qui s'est bien passé. Inutile de discuter avec l'assistance au sujet d'e-mails interminables filtrés par des personnes qui les transmettent à d'autres sans contexte.
Même après avoir déclaré que l'article avait été renvoyé et entre les mains d'UPS, j'ai reçu un e-mail visant à "résoudre" mon problème suggérant une fois de plus les étapes déjà essayées.
Très bien, le remboursement a été un processus assez simple, mais que se passe-t-il avec ces gars-là une fois la période de 30 jours terminée ?! J'ai eu une personne intelligente au téléphone qui m'a expliqué que si je demandais un remplacement : aucun remboursement ne serait possible après cela. Autant renvoyer pour remboursement et en acheter un nouveau, logique d'entreprise folle !!
Utilisez absolument Paypal comme moyen de paiement, ou optez pour des géants horribles comme Amazon, au moins cela n'arriverait pas.
Je voulais vraiment profiter de mon projecteur, mais compte tenu de mon expérience, je ne veux plus jamais avoir recours à leur service, pouahhh !!
Un tel gaspillage de grande ingénierie. J'espère que les robots liront ceci.

Recently purchased a monitor from this firm and nowadays it works perfectly. It has a 4K resolution so I can play games in the highest resolution, fortunately the PC allows me doing it. This is a masterpiece for me.
I don't know why some people believe that Taiwanese companies can't produce good electronics. For me, they vice versa produce best electronics.
Very bad service relating to a gaming peripheral, I was asked for relevant documentation, after supplying they took a week to return with a negative outcome. The device I bought worked for 12 hours and suddenly stopped. BenQ acknowledge it’s a dead on arrival (their term) item. In fact they determined it. I was dismissed back to the retailer, who is another is continent, a fact BenQ where aware off from the start and said they would do what they could to help. What actually happened was they delayed progress, and told me they where unable to help. ultimately my experience with the product was bad, and my experience with the customer service was worse. I no longer wish to use their devices, and I will avoid them in the future. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Ich wollte einen Beamer über den Benq Shop kaufen, hatte vorher allerdings noch eine Frage zur Finanzierung.
Zweimal habe ich Benq angeschrieben, jedoch keine Antwort erhalten. Noch nicht einmal eine Eingangs-bestätigung meiner Mail.
Optoma ist ja auch nicht schlecht ;-)

I was looking for a very specific monitor, wasted my time at PCWorld - and was on the Benq site and a popup box appeared asking "how can I help" explained my needs and a link to a product was found in moments and there were more expensive options, but was told this monitor was going to be perfect for me and was advised on the best place to purchase and was sent a tech sheet to compare to other brands - credit where credits due! - Thanks Jill

Benq’s PD2706U heeft een indrukwekkende en egale kleurweergave👌.
De reflection handling is super netjes. Ook naast een raam in een goed verlichte ruimte.
Upgrade van HD naar 4K had ik veel eerder moeten doen. Wat een verschil! Nooit meer pijnlijke ogen na een werkdag.
Hotkey puck is echt van toegevoegde waarde. Ik wijzig regelmatig de helderheid. Fluitje van een cent. Ook switchen van kleurmodus doe ik nu regelmatig om m’n werk te controleren of simpelweg omdat sommige apps er beter uitzien in andere color mode.

Habe mir extra vor 5 Jahren einen Qualitäts Monitor von BENQ SW 2700 PE - 27 Zoll für Photographen mit 99% farbverbindlich RGB Darstellung gekauft! Neupreis ca 800-1000 Euro
Leider hat dieser dann jedoch ohne Vorwarnung, von einen Tag auf den anderen, den Geist aufgegeben und kein Bild mehr angezeigt! Nachdem ich auf einen farbverbindlichen Monitor beruflich angewiesen bin, habe ich mir den BenQ DesignVue PD2705U Grafik Monitor - 27 Zoll für 450 Euro gekauft - leider nur 100 % sRGB Darstellung!
Habe mich an BenQ gewandt und gefragt ob sich eine Reparatur lohnt - davon wurde mir jedoch abgeraten! Zu teuer, Reparaturkosten müsste ich selber übernehmen, da Garantie bereits abgelaufen! Das ist schon schwach, das so ein Monitor nach nicht einmal 6 Jahren pfleglicher Behandlung den Geist aufgibt!
Da bin ich von Samsung und Dell Monitoren und Fernsehern etwas anderes gewöhnt! Die haben bei mir im Normalfall 10-15 Jahre gehalten!!!!
Auf meine Anfrage nach einer Kulanz Reparatur bin ich leider abgeblitzt! Für ein solches Marken Gerät, kann man schon längere Betriebszeiten von mindestens 10 Jahren erwarten! Oder?
Scheinbar ist das bei BenQ aber nicht der Fall!
Nachtrag: Leider keine Meldung mehr! BenQ hätte mir den selben Monitor "überholtes Gerät" für ca. 400 Euro angeboten! Sorry aber was will ich mit diesem schlechten und mittlerweile veralteten Monitor?
Es gibt ja schon neuere Modelle! Einen BenQ PhotoVue SW272U mit 27 Zoll für 400,- Euro wäre ein gutes Angebot gewesen!

I have bought an expensive display targeted for designers (Benq PD2725U) and it has a flickering problem. I have tested on 4 different Macbooks, both M1 and Intel - same problem. I have filed a warranty case with Benq.eu but they told me it's not their problem but Apple problem. How do you release a display for designers that doesn't work with Mac???
