TERRIBLE post sales service

TERRIBLE post sales service. I have a brand new monitor - just over a month old. It has developed a fault. The diagnosis and post sales support is sooooooo slow. I am left with a product I cannot use which is causing me real problems. I would never buy a BENQ product again.

Compré un TV en 2022 y a los 6 meses me salió un led muerto en medio de la pantalla , se lo llevaron a reparar y a los 2 meses me salió otro más abajo y el servicio técnico me dice que no se hacen cargo y que el monitor que me han enviado no es el mío y es uno reparado de otra persona , unos sí vergüenzas , muy mal servicio técnico y atención al cliente , y mala marca para que me pase eso

Vidéoprojecteur Benq acheté il y a un an 1300 euros. Tombé en panne au bout de 50 heures d'utilisation.
En SAV depuis plus de 4 mois chez Benq (encore sous guarantie). Contact et discussion impossible, aucun retour, aucune information.
Nous ouvrons une procédure judiciaire.

Servir commercial en dessous de tout. Une personne qui parle à peine français et qui en plus se moque de vous et se permet de vous raccrocher au nez.
Une bande de bon a rien même si les produits sont de qualité.

sur le site BENQ il est écrit :
"Vous bénéficiez ainsi d'un produit comme neuf tout en contribuant à la protection de la planète."
ce qui met en confiance, pourtant l'appareil que j'ai reçu ,la lampe n'était pas fixée et le plastique fondu autour,ce qui révèle un non reconditionnement avant envoi.il y a un sérieux problème de suivi .j'ai retourné l'appareil et j'ai été remboursé,mais la confiance est totalement perdu pour le reconditionnement BENQ alors futurs acheteurs soyez vigilants.

BenQ PD3225U mit MacBook eine Enttäuschung

Ich habe mir vor kurzem den BenQ PD3225U für als Alternative zum Apple Studio Display geholt (ich besitze ein MacBook Pro 16 M4 Pro.).

Dort wird ja immer der M-Book Modus angepriesen. Das Bild soll fast exakt gleich wie bei meinem MacBook Pro M4 Pro sein. Das ist aber absolut nicht so. Details in dunklen Bereichen saufen komplett ab und die Farben stimmen auch nicht überein. Auch nicht mit ICC-Sync und selbst nicht wenn ich den Kontrast erhöhe bei 100% Helligkeit.

Zudem hat bis heute niemand genau beantworten können, was das BenQ ICC Profil in den Displayeinstellungen des MacBooks genau macht.

Stellt man z.B. MacBook Display P3 ICC + Benq Display P3 Farbvoreinstellung

MacBook Benq ICC + Benq Display P3 Farbvoreinstellung?

Zumal beide Modi das Bild verändern. Es ist sehr verwirrend und sollte aufgeklärt werden. Viele User im Netz fragen sich das selbe und haben bis heute keine Antwort.

Warum wird das nicht im Handbuch erwähnt und aufgeklärt?

Der BenQ Support konnte mir die Frage auch nicht beantworten und hat es wohl an Experten weitergeleitet. Mal sehen, ob ich nochmal was höre.

Bin echt etwas enttäuscht und werde den Monitor evtl. retournieren und mir doch das Studio Display holen.

Possiedo un BenQ SW270C 27 w

Possiedo un BenQ SW270C 27 w, acquistato a dicembre del 2023 e dunque ancora in garanzia, di cui all'improvviso si oscura lo schermo. Speravo di trovare l'assistenza nella mia città, ma dovevo per forza rivolgermi alla BenQ Italia e pensavo che sarebbe stata una cosa lunga. Andato sul loro sito, ho compilato un modulo descrivendo il problema e allegando fattura di acquisto. Dopo poco mi viene comunicato, per email, di avere preso in carico il problema. Dopo solo un'ora il gentilissimo Customer Care Riccardo manda email per avere dettagli sull'accaduto e chiedendomi di fare alcune prove. Inviato l'esito delle mie prove, e riconosciuto il guasto, mi viene proposta la sostituzione con uno nuovo nel giro di pochi giorni. Che dire? Fossero tutte così le assistenze ai clienti! Purtroppo i guasti possono succedere, e il monitor di per sé è ottimo, e se lo vale, conviene sempre rivolgersi all'assistenza ufficiale, avendo cura di conservare gl'imballaggi.

Support maximal unfaehig, Gerät kam nach dritter Garantieretoure erneut defekt und diesmal sogar zerkratzt zurück. Der Telefon-Support erzählt jedes Mal das der Fall weitergegeben wird, was einfach nie passiert ist. Finger Weg!!!!

Assistenza inesistente in Italia

A luglio 2020 ho acquistato un monitor Benq da 34” 4K. A settembre 2024 gli altoparlanti del monitor hanno smesso di funzionare; ho interpellato l’assistenza Benq la quale mi ha proposto 3 soluzioni: acquisto di un monitor nuovo, riparazione effettuata da loro o riparazione in autonomia.
Ho deciso per quest’ultima ed ho fatto sostituire la scheda di interfaccia dal laboratorio al quale mi ero rivolto nella mia città (che mi è costata ben €180 compresa la spedizione dall’Olanda) ma il problema è rimasto.
Quindi ho buttato più di 200 euro. La responsabilità purtroppo è la mia, perché quando ho acquistato il monitor in base alle caratteristiche tecniche, ho ingenuamente pensato che un marchio come Benq avesse una rete di assistenza in Italia e non che, per qualsiasi problema, si dovesse spedire il monitor in Olanda (cosa che non potrei fare perché per lavoro non posso rimanere senza monitor per oltre 1 mese, né in questo momento posso permettermi di acquistarne uno nuovo).
In conclusione: se acquistate un monitor Benq e (speriamo mai) vi dovesse capitare un problema fuori garanzia, preparatevi ad imballarlo, spedirlo in Olanda e rimanere per parecchio tempo senza monitor, senza contare il fatto che probabilmente, visti i costi, vi converrà acquistarne uno nuovo.

service déplorable

Très bon produit mais ne les commander pas chez eux.
Commande effectué le 18 aout, mais jamais reçue.
création d'un dossier le 30 aout et je n'ai reçu le remboursement de ma commande non reçue que le 10 Octobre. Sans jamais aucune information sur l'état du dossier. Il faut les appeler a chaque fois et il n'ont pas d'infos supplémentaires.

No power supply and they're playing games

Bought a monitor direct from them but it had no UK power supply in it (despite buying it in the UK from a UK store).

Rather than just sending me a power supply, they're moving me around different customer service people, making me file a warranty claim and I have 0 confidence that they're actually going to send it to me.

Dear Director of Customer Services - this is not how to do it. From a customer that has bought many Benq monitors over the years.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with BENQ's customer service, namely Elcent, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! When my PC monitor developed a fault, their team went above and beyond to resolve the situation. Not only did they address my concerns promptly, but they also provided professional and friendly support throughout the process.

From the moment I reached out, it was clear that they genuinely cared about ensuring my satisfaction. They guided me through the troubleshooting steps and quickly arranged for a resolution when nothing worked. They went out of their way and replaced the monitor, they also arranged for collection and shipping back the unit. Thanks to their timely and efficient assistance, I now have a perfectly running monitor. I highly recommend BENQ for their quality products and outstanding customer service!

Want to return the products but nobody…

Want to return the products but nobody cares my request or providing any help during one week without any progress. And no estimated date provided by customer care. You pay easy here and difficult to do anything after your payment. Very disappointed for their so called internal procedure for the return and refund. Hope to get my money back. Still waiting the customer care department feedback.

J'aurais du venir lire ici avant d'acheter un écran BENQ...
Acheté en mai, il fait du bruit quand il fonctionne, genre sifflements irréguliers. De quoi te rendre fou quand tu bosses 8h par jour :)... Premier renvoi, panne avérée. Retour, puis re la même chose... et là : même panne... Je vous passe les 20 mails d'échanges mais après plusieurs vidéos finalement "on ne constate pas vraiment la panne". Après avoir insisté, on me propose le renvoi d'un écran reconditionné (après avoir acheté du neuf...), mais je ne peux plus leur répondre car ils ont cloturé le ticket donc l'accès à leur mail :). Bref, DELL c'est bien :D, allez chez DELL en fait :)

Contento con el monitor y con el servicio técnico He tenido un problema con un monitor…

He tenido un problema con un monitor Benq PD3220 con mas de 2 añoa de uso y quiero agradecer al servicio tecnico de Benq la ayuda que me prestó para solucionar el problema, desde la logística para la recogida y entrega, hasta las instrucciones del embalaje.
En resumen,recomiendo la marca, pues además de ser un buen monitor, el servicio técnico también lo es y esto no es nuy frecuenre.

As Amazon very stupidly and unprofessionally decided to take my reviews down from their website, I have no other choice but to post my review over here, however I will not be able to attach any supporting media.

After extensively using the BenQ WiT e-Reading Desk Lamp and the Desk Clamp accessory, here are my detailed thoughts:

The BenQ WiT e-Reading Desk Lamp is an impressive product, earning a solid 5-star rating. It’s a fantastic investment for those who can afford it and stands out among other high-end smart lamps. The build quality is superb; the lamp feels robust and well-constructed, with a modern design that fits seamlessly into any workspace. It offers three different ways to adjust its position, making it incredibly versatile and adaptable to various setups.

The user experience is enhanced by the intuitive button and touch controls, which are both easy and satisfying to use. Adjusting the color temperature from warm to cold is a breeze, allowing for the perfect lighting environment for any task. The brightness is also easily adjustable, ensuring you always have the right amount of light. The high CRI (Color Rendering Index) guarantees excellent clarity, making it ideal for detailed work. The two auto modes specifically designed for reading and screen use are standout features, automatically adjusting the light to optimal settings for convenience.

To complement the lamp, the BenQ Desk Clamp is an excellent accessory that truly deserves a 5-star rating. Defect after warranty expired

I bought a BenQ TK800M projector 3 years ago and was initially very satisfied with the picture quality and performance. Unfortunately, shortly after the two-year warranty period expired, an annoying pixel defect appeared, which is visible as a white dot, especially in dark scenes, and significantly impairs the viewing experience.

I contacted BenQ customer services and although they were friendly and helpful, I could not be offered a free repair due to the expired warranty. I was told that the problem is probably with the DMD chip and a chargeable repair service is available. However, the estimated repair costs are not acceptable to me, especially as the defect occurred so soon after the warranty expired.

I am disappointed that a high quality product like this has such a defect so quickly and hope that other customers do not have the same problem. I have been a big fan of home projectors and Benq in particular. But with the short lifespan, unfortunately I can no longer say that.
