They provided documents I needed. But, from a communication stand point, the site has a customer service phone number no one answers. So then you are left to fill out a damn form, which they ignore as well. The deal i signed up for included a bank account from Mercury - Still don't have a clue about the status - is company managed by Gen Alphas?

They did exactly what was advertised

No problems at all, from the company's inception to its formation... they are responsible, answer questions in a timely manner, and above all, are very disciplined in handling documents... A 10 out of 10 for the entire "BetterLegal" team. I recommend them!

Worst experience ever. I should have quit their service since the first year, it took months to get the LLC approved. Failed to send me notification/scans, and now they increased the price to $120 for the “Registered Agent Service”. They didn't let me know, also there is no option to cancel or change the “subscription”, and now they don't want to refund me the months I won't use of that full year paid. The customer service sucks, they don't even understand English correctly, foreign people who have no idea of what they are doing or the worse “AI Assistant” ever. One time I asked for 1 question, and they understood, “please terminate my LLC”. Not sure HOW if I was asking for something else. DON'T TRUST THEM!!! Also, I've been missing 2 years of notifications from the IRS and I'm starting to think that the IRS actually notified me but they never did.

Impossible to cancel. They'll cancel your account but the "paperwork" will cost you a couple hundred dollars.

Cancelled their service 6 weeks before annual subscription, and followed their hidden cancellation policy in their terms of service (must email multiple address and provide proof). However they did not cancel the subscription and they even increased the payment by over 30% without notification of any subscription price increase. Not trustworthy.

Setting up my LLC was incredibly easy filled out just a few things paid and boom it was ready in 2 days with all the other things to setup with a new business this was the least painful

I am not able to cancel my subscription. I have contacted them via email and the two phone numbers listed on their website.

I just added information and better legal took care of the rest .

However, it’s important to note that registered agent services and state compliance are not included in the filing price but are offered as separate packages. Making this distinction clearer upfront or bundling these services would greatly enhance the overall experience.

The time that they took to have me fully understand the service, turnaround time and a dedicated support team. Let me also say their price couldn't be beaten. During the process I needed to rename my C-Corp, having the dedicated support team, we were able to change the name midstream. Response to my need was less than 15 minutes. The team called me directly, addressed the issue and never missed a beat. I have a number of business acquaintances and have already suggested they use Better Legal.

It was so much easier than I expected. It was also faster and less expensive than the other options. They also offered more stuff for less money than the other options.
