Initially I thought I was receiving a great service as I got my documents within 2-3 days. However, the BIG issue was that for some reason, they couldn't provide me with an EIN, stating that it was a problem with the IRS. So had to fill out, sign and scan them a form so they could fax it to the IRS. Apparently, this would add 2-3 weeks to the process. It's now been a month, and STILL no EIN. I had a couple of responses over the past few weeks assuring me that the EIN was imminent, but over the last few days, despite several emails, I've had no response.
This has been a VERY frustrating experience, as what is advertised on their website DOES NOT match the services I've received so far. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

BetterLegal.com made it extremely easy and efficient to start my business. The questionnaire used to file the paperwork was understandable and simple to fill out. They do all the work in filing for you and make sure you have all the required documents to the correct organizations in a noticeably brief time. I was impressed with the efficiency of the processing. The other great benefit to using BetterLegal.com is they refer you to other sites after you have filed which may be helpful in starting your business.

As a first-time business owner, I've never seen a system more user-friendly and educational. I can't wait to do this again because it was painless and very easy.

I used BetterLegal for the first time to file for an LLC in Delaware. At the time of filing they promised a return time of 3 business days. At the time of this review, they currently still say you will receive your documents within 3 business days of filing.

It has been 20 business days since I filed and I have still not received my documents. I do know BetterLegal at least filed with the state, which is why I'm giving 2 stars, but they have not been able to deliver on their promise of 3 days.

I will need to pay for a different agent now since I don't think I will ever receive my documents.

Very disappointed.

BetterLegal provided me with the opportunity to form my business in a timely manner at an affordable price. They asked questions that other similar companies didn’t. BetterLegal also provided other business resources pertinent to running a company.

The company screwed up my filing type which prompted me to reach out to customer service (basically non-existent). After several days, I finally received a response and they corrected the mistake. Their website advertises a 3 business day turnaround for filings in Delaware. It took 7 business days to complete my filing and I have yet to receive any business documents or receive login information regarding my business for BetterLegal's site. I have called, emailed, and used the chat feature on their website with absolutely no luck in getting anyone to respond. They did not honor their turnaround time and now I can't get a response from anyone. This is frustrating considering I have a business to run with no legal structure or documents for my business. I am being held hostage by BetterLegal and 100% will never pay for any service from them ever again. I highly advise any other to do the same!
