Still no support for latest Apple Watch…

Still no support for latest Apple Watch models. Months after release !

We regret to inform our customers in Spain & France that we are currently unable to provide mobile services (including data and voice plans) for the latest Apple Watch models (Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch Ultra 3 & Apple Watch SE 3). We are resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Network connection is not very good

Network connection is not very good. Hit & Miss. I am thinking of changing this as this is for my child's apple watch and cant rely on the them. Cant contact them

Affordable Apple watch plan

This is the only plan in AU for Apple watch eSIM that is so affordable. The rest is much more expensive.

I use this service to connect a smart watch for my pre-teen kid. Not ready for a phone , this is a great option for texting and location sharing. Highly recommend. Texts can be a bit slow to arrive at times, but we are happy overall

Dodgy charges, impossible to contact

Updated 20/12/2025 -
Kayla has cancelled and refunded the payment. Thank you for responding so quickly.

Originally signed up for 12 months for my son to have an apple watch. Discovered today that they have charged us an additional $99, with no email or correspondence.
Website is clunky and wont let me log in to see our profile, or find out why we have been charged again.

Its an excellent way to keep in touch with our son while he is in school and we both are working. However, we do have issues contacting him some times as the signal drops.

Wonderful service

I had some issues activating the plan. Astral was kind enough to give me a call and walk me through the process and ensure the watch was working perfectly before ending the call.
