Comparing to other travel agents, Bicton Travel is very average . Nothing outstanding.

Founded by Carole Smethurst and her son Phil Smethurst, what started with a team of two has steadily grown to become Australia’s most awarded travel agency. Not a claim we take lightly. We are proud members of Independent Travel Group, Cruiseco, Virtuoso, CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) and are committed to ongoing AFTA (Australian Federation of Travel Agents) ATAS accreditation. Booking with an ATAS accredited agent means you’re in safe hands and can travel with confidence. Further details about ATAS accreditation and what this mean can be found HERE In 2016 Carole Smethurst was inducted into the CLIA Cruise Hall of Fame for her service to the cruise industry. The CLIA Hall of Fame Award is a formal recognition to honour an individual whose efforts and accomplishments represent a significant contribution to or noteworthy achievement that has positively impacted the development of the cruise industry.

excellent service

excellent service, reliable and prompt response, team effort is very good and support of each other so that if a member is away someone else has responded and helped us with our queries

Very helpful

Very helpful and answered all of our questions at this stage. We are yet to take the cruise but based on what we have experienced so far all should be fine. Time will tell

Bicton Travel are brilliant.

Bicton Travel have always been very helpful and efficient, as well as being courteous. Anytime I have phoned or emailed them I have always had a quick response to any query I have had and find them to be very knowledgeable with regard to cruising. They obviously do a lot of research into all the different cruise lines and I have never known a question they can't answer. Bicton Travel are brilliant.

Great service from Jen Parker. Have recommended to friends who have also been happy with Jen. She is always helpful with recommendations or doing some research.
