BikesOnline - as good as it gets!
I bought a Polygon bike from BikesOnline three years ago - and it was excellent until my bike mechanic noticed a crack in the frame. I reported the crack to BikesOnline - and sent them photos of it when requested - and within two weeks had a brand new Polygon frame replaced under warranty for no charge! They even contributed $150 towards the labour cost of the bike mechanic who transferred all the other bike parts onto the new frame! The best after sales service I have ever experienced!

Ultimo E.20 step-through bike stopped…
Ultimo E.20 step-through bike stopped working less than 200km. All the lights are on, but no-one is home. Been trying to resolve this issue for more than 12 months. Bike still not working. Looks like this e-bike is going to end up in landfill. NO, I would not recommend this company or what they sell.

I received really detailed advice before purchase. The bike arrived within two days. Very well packaged and undamaged. The bike is excellent especially for the price. It looks and rides amazing. Many people have asked me about it on the road. I was pleased with my dealings with Bikes online. I had a great experience with them.
