More attn to detail!
Well the shipping package could use some filler to keep containers from shifting around and getting forced open spilling contents inside the way the shipping companies take so great of care handling our orders! You know, the way they throw things around! Pack your shipments li kg e you know they will be mistreated! And the second thing is and this is the more concerning one, the product received was not the same size containers that the ad listed on both orders I made! 43.5 oz shipped when orders were for 51 oz coffee! We all know coffee is priced based upon OZ, how many people really check your orders closely? The cans are the same height, just more weight so people may not even look at label thinking they received what was ordered but truly for every 8 ordered they lost a can of coffee! That makes a huge difference and is totally unacceptable in my world, shipping label says 51 oz but the warehouse sends 43.5 oz screwing the customer!

Refund not received
I originally ordered a garden cultivator from discounttoday. For some reason, they cancelled the order, without asking me if I wanted it cancelled. The reversal of the charge was performed by bigbigmart. The charge and reversal were stricken from my credit card account. I then purchased another garden cultivator from bigbigmart and the order, like the first order, was cancelled by them. Both companies said that they cancelled due to the long delivery time. For the purchase from bigbigmart, I was never given a delivery time. I still have not received a reversal of the charge in my credit card account. The prices of the products I purchased were at a discount, and that's why I purchased them. I do not believe that these companies EVER intended to go through with the orders. I also believe that the monies collected online is being used for other reasons. I sincerely hope that anyone reading this assessment will take a hard look at these companies before deciding that they want to go through with the purchase.
Update: 05/12/25 It has been five days since the email I received from Bigbigmart stating that they issued a refund in the amount of $270.89 to the original payment source. I have received no communication from them.

We processed a full refund immediately, and a screenshot confirming the cancellation and reversal of payment was sent to your email.
We kindly ask you to check your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for this confirmation. If for any reason you still don’t see the refund reflected on your statement, we recommend reaching out to your bank or card provider, as some financial institutions may take several business days to reflect the reversal.

What a joke of a company. they advertise products they don't have. Kepp you hanging for a week while never answering phones nor replying to emails only to tell you a week later they dont have what you ordered. BTW I paid full retail price for what I ordered. EVER AGAIN

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve placed an order 3 days ago and it hasn’t been shipped yet. The only way to cancel the order was through contacting them. I’ve called, I’ve sent emails, and never got any answer. My order was pretty expensive, so if I don’t get my money back I’m contacting my lawyer.

My card was charged by these people WITHOUT me authorizing it. No actual customer service, no voicemail set up, no indication you're even calling an actual business. I'm speaking with Los Angeles district attorney at the moment about this local scam setup they have. DA will be deciding to move forward with charges, I would suggest contacting them if you are in the same situation. They list multiple addresses in different states, multiple phone numbers that don't work. The number listed under the transaction is for Great Britian. Total scam of a company.

I like how they claim they have no record of me as a customer literally 2 minutes after they finally email me back about this. They claimed to have issued a refund that I have YET to see hit my account. Making a statement as such is additional evidence into this fraudulent company. I've taken screenshots of your emails to me and then your lie of a statement on here, not going to be a good look in front of a judge.
UPDATE
Why are you communicating on a review platform, but not returning emails, not returning phone calls. I called 10 times today lol, left countless messages. You guys are a waste of e-space.
